Feeding animals like horses and sheeps. Preparing paddocks and hay for horses and sheeps Daily routine work with cleaning and feeding for the cats inside the cathotel :) It`s a lot of mjau and fur, but a lot of nice cats who wants to be cuddled. Other daily routine work depending witch time at year you stay at our farm Please note that because of the regulations, we can unfortunately accept only volunteers from the EU area.

It has been an amazing experience where I could disconnect from daily life and reconnect with nature. The area is truly privileged, with beautiful landscapes and the chance to explore first-hand by bike, canoe and more. The tasks are physical, so you end the day tired, but the schedule is well balanced and leaves plenty of free time. The hosts are welcoming, flexible with schedules and, most importantly, share their culture and experiences, which is enriching. An unforgettable experience that I would recommend to anyone who loves nature and animals.

My experience at the farm with June & Anderes was incredible and far exceeded my expectations. The place, in terms of landscape, it is without a doubt one of the wildest and most breathtaking sceneries on the planet. If you love hiking and nature, this is definitely the volunteering opportunity for you. On the other hand, the hosts can seem a bit distant at first, to the point where they might come across as rude, especially June. But very quickly you realize that they are two people with huge hearts and a genuine interest in getting to know you.

I feel like living at the farmwas one of the best 6 weeks I've ever had. People are lovely, their family is really friendly and the atmosphere is so warm. I really liked my job and because of that most of the time working didn't even felt like a work. All animals are so cute (especially babysheep and my boy Catos❤️) and I really enjoyed spending time outside. I feel like I learned a lot and one of my favourite things was that even though every day was kinda similar and you had routines what ned to be done, everyday was still unique. I'm so thankful of that experience🩷

Overall, I had a great experience here and I'm glad that my first-ever volunteering trip has brought me here. The tasks are simple, but you will definitely build up some muscle. However, the days have a pretty similar routine, so for some people it could get boring. June and Anders are really nice and welcoming people, and we had a lot of fun and great conversations. The accommodation above the sheep stable is small and cozy, however, the bathroom situation is not great. It is not in the same building, so you have to use the toilet and shower in the cat hotel. Thank you June and Anders💞

I hope you guys love cats, horses and nature , that because you will be surrounded by them ( furry too). Sometimes the work in the farm is really hard like making hay bales or painting the walls but the working times are flexible. I really enjoyed some days using the canoa 🛶 and if you are really lucky kissed you can also see some 🦅 eagle and moose 🫎. It would have been perfect if we'd had an hour for lunch if you usually have a warm lunch. Anyway, Anders and June are really friendly and talk with them is really comfortable. Of course I recommend this volunteer adventure!!
