I'd repeat this experience without hesitation. Eleonora and Mike were lovely, friendly and relaxed hosts. They've a beautiful energy. The hostel is very well equipped. The place is beautiful, very well connected with a bus to Ascona and Locarno right at the door. You can make many different routes and they all leave you hallucinating with the views. The tasks were at the level of our knowledge and skills. And the agreed hours and the days off were always respected. Everything was perfect :)

Mike is an incredible host! Made us feel comfortable since the arrival. Regarding the place, you can say it has been designed with love and an eye on every detail. The views and surrounding villages are breath-taking! The tasks were completely feasible, and Mike was really flexible with the work hours. It is a pity we had to leave earlier because of a family issue, It would have been amazing getting to enjoy the whole experience.

We enjoyed our stay in Auressio very much. We appreciated that you only need to work 10hrs per week. The work involved mostly taking care of their baby, moving furniture and helping with some little tasks around the house. Mike and Eleonora are very helpful, always explained everything clearly and are open to adjusting working hours as needed. The whole valley is full of hiking trails and beautiful nature, the people there are friendly and welcoming. A big thank you to Mike and Eleonora for hosting us, we definitely recommend!

I had an amazing volunteering experience the home Edera. The place itself was absolutely beautiful — surrounded by stunning nature, with plenty of hiking trails nearby for those who love the outdoors. If hiking isn't your thing, you can simply relax at the villa and enjoy the garden, which is truly a peaceful place. The working hours were respected, and most of the time they were flexible, which made balancing work and free time easy. Mike, our host, treated us very well and made sure we felt comfortable and supported throughout our stay. Thank you for having us!

An amazing experience! Being surrounded by nature makes it the perfect place to relax and truly reconnect with yourself. The atmosphere is peaceful, green, and inspiring. Mike and Eleonora, the hosts, are incredible peopleand always open to sharing their knowledge and good energy. The work was varied and usually very flexible, which gave me time to enjoy the surroundings and recharge. I'm really grateful for this magical experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for something meaningful!

Este lugar es super bonito, te conecta con la naturaleza, cerca tienes Losone para ir a comprar, parada de Bus en la puerta de la Villa. Mike es un anfitrion encantador, nos ha dado mucha flexibilidad en cuanto al trabajo, nos ha ayudado en todo, super simpatico y Leonora, que no pudimos conocerla tanto pero lo poco que lo hicimos tambien se notaba que son dos personas super amables. La villa es un Paraiso de la naturaleza, recomiendo 100% este lugar, lo vamos a hechar mucho de menos.

Mike es increíble y el lugar es simplemente espectacular <3 La villa es el sitio más sorprendente que he conocido fuera de mi país, y toda mi estadía solo puede describirse como PERFECTA. Las tareas son súper sencillas, lo que me dio mucho tiempo para dibujar y explorar los alrededores. ¡Definitivamente, una experiencia que repetiría sin pensarlo.

I really appreciate all that Mike and Eleonora did for me, they helped me with everything and they treated me very kindly. The views and the nature are amazing. The tasks are simple and allow a lot of time flexibility. I would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone interested.

¡Este viaje ha sido una de las mejores experiencias de mi vida! Estoy muy agradecida a Mike y a Eleonora por haberme tratado tan bien, siempre haciendome sentir bienvenida y a gusto. Son unas personas maravillosas con un gran corazón. ¡Sin duda volveré a visitarlos! El entorno es alucinante, todo lleno de naturaleza preciosa.
