Miyuki, Katsu, and Baba went above and beyond in creating such a special stay for us. Miyuki was always coming up with ways to make our stay extra personalized and we found ourselves constantly amazed. Working in the fields with them was so rewarding and we loved learning about farm life and everything that they grow. Yamanashi is an absolutely gorgeous area filled with farms and surrounded by mountains. We made core memories in Yamanashi <3 This is the wholesome Japanese countryside experience you are looking for!

My time in Yamanashi was everything to me. Miyuki, Kachan, and Baba felt like family to me and I will cherish my memories here forever, it was hard saying goodbye. Thank you for everything, the best volunteer experience I have done so far. I wish I could stay forever, I left a piece of my heart in Yamanashi. I hope to be back again one day, especially for Baba's cooking. If you are considering volunteering here, do it. It will be the best time ever ❤️

Volunteering at the farm was amazing! Everyone was so nice and welcoming and the work was well explained. Baba made us feel at home and cooked us delicious Japanese food. Thank you so much for this opportunity! I hope we'll be back to try the grapes some day :)

We had an amazing experience in this place, the work was mostly in the grape fields, it wasn't too intense, fun to do and no too complicated to do, we were able lo learn things about how grape plantations in Japan work. Everyone in the house was very friendly and they welcomed us with open arms, baba cooked for us everyday and was very understanding of some dietary restrictions we have, the food was really good. I recommend a lot this place a lot if you wanna visit the country side of Japan and experience more Japanese culture. I leave with many good memories of the place and the people.

Our experience at the farm was unforgettable ! Even though the hosts can barely communicate in English, it didn't stop us from having nice shared moments. They are really kind and cook delicious food ! And you can see Mount Fuji from your room and from the fields where you work. You don't need to have any particular experience to learn farm work, which is by the way very fun and formative. We would recommend this place for having a real cultural experience and enjoy Japanese countryside life !

We had a great experience at the farm, Miyuki, Kachan and Baba are extremely kind and friendly. we spent a very pleasant time together, we had lunch and dinner every day with good food and pleasant conversations. As for the work, it was calm, always respecting the previously agreed hours. We really recommend it! we will miss you!!

We lived memorable days with this wonderful family. Everyone was very receptive, kind and polite. The work was great, rewarding and fun. We loved our days with Miyuki, Katchan and Baba, they are amazing people. We talked a lot with the help of Google Translate, we laughed a lot together, we cooked for each other and shared our culture, like a family. It was a very rich experience and we left there with a broken heart. We will remember you and those days forever with great affection. Thank you for so much. You made our journey more beautiful. It has been a pleasure to be the first volunteer who has had the opportunity to enjoy the farm. The work isn't hard and mainly involves cleaning a neighboring house or helping in the fields. It's an ideal place to practice your Japanese; I've greatly improved mine in two weeks, although don't worry if your level isn't very good, they're very patient and have no problem explaining things to you as many times as you need. Baba, Miyukisan, and Katsuhikosan have been the best hosts in the world, and I take with me a great memory and a place I can always return to whenever I need :)
