This volunteer experience was amazing! I was teaching yoga twice per day. Jose & Mariah were very flexible and open-minded when I suggested offering other alternative healing modalities to guests. The rules, guidelines and expectations were well explained. All volunteers connected quickly with one another like a community. The staff were very friendly, helpful and fun. I felt supported in all that I did. By the end of my volunteer, I felt I was leaving a family behind. Everyone supported me in practicing my Spanish. I really created some amazing connections and friendships during my time :)

Mi experiencia en el alojamiento ha sido fantástica, tienes la oportunidad de rodearte de naturaleza haya donde mires y descubrir lugares y cascadas de cuento. Si quieres disfrutar de la tranquilidad, el trekking y aprender sobre la cultura colombiana, este es tu lugar. Espero poder volver pronto, para ver a algunas de las personas que han hecho que está experiencia merezca la pena (Willy, Uber, José, Álvaro, entre otros).

I was for one week as a content creator at the lodge and I can absolutely recommend it. The work was easy and I had plenty of time to explore the surroundings in my off-time. The food was good and the other volunteers also were very lovely. The only thing that could be improved is a better instruction at the beginning. There were just very few explanations about what to do and I had to ask about everything myself.

Un lugar hermoso donde me conecte mucho con la naturaleza, todos en la finca fueron amables y muy atentos, la comida deliciosa y un ambiente muy tranquilo. Las tareas sencillas y entendibles. Sin duda alguna volvería.

Disfrute bastante la estadía, fui un par de veces al tur de las cascadas, el guía Alvaro se porto super bien todo el tiempo, también pase tiempo con otros voluntarios y aunque no conviví tanto con los Anfitriones, el poco tiempo que pase con ellos se portaron buena onda y relajados, recomiendo la experiencia 100 % los espacios naturales ahí son increíbles, llenos de vida verde! 🌳🌿

Mi experiencia en el alojamiento fue gratificante, refrescante, rehabilitadora, donde tuve la oportunidad de conectar con mi ser interior, los amables colaboradores y los visitantes extranjeros, de forma positiva, al interactuar con las clases de Yoga. Fue beneficioso tener la oportunidad de impartir las clases de Yoga, tanto para mí, como para los participantes, que pudimos lograr un equilibrio mental y físico, ya que mantener el bien colectivo es positivo para cada uno de nosotros que somos cósmicos y tenemos algo en común que compartimos esta Tierra.

I worked at the bar and in the kitchen for two weeks at the lodge. I had an amazing experience, everything was well-organized, with all hours respected, and the meals were delicious. I also did two tours, which were included as mentioned on the website. The staff was great; I'm definitely going to miss them, and I would choose to volunteer here again. If you want to be surrounded by nature, this is the place to come

The work at the bar was mostly relaxed, but also demanding during happy hour, which was a good balance. The food was delicious at every meal and more than enough. It was very nice that they allowed us to join almost all of the guided tours of the estate for free. Additionally, the staff was always very attentive if we needed anything. One downside was that the volunteer accommodation was outside the property, with no internet access, and the water in that cabin came directly from the river, which was often dirty due to the rain. Overall, it was a great experience.

Mi experiencia fue excelente! El lugar es bellísimo, lleno de paz. Los trabajadores súper amables y tranquilos. La comida suuuuper rica, saludable y orgánica 😍. El staff de cocina muy buena onda. Los horarios se respetaron, y dar clases en ese espacio es realmente un placer. Recomiendo ser voluntario aquí!
