Honestly this is my favorite hostel I have worked at. Everyone was super friendly and the tasks were simple. I didn't have any issues while I was here. Running the pub crawls are probably the best thing you'll ever do. Making the beds and scrubbing the toilets the worst. So everything evens out, they try to give you an activity shift atleast once a week. My experience here was phenomenal, highly recommend.

Had an amazing time volunteering here and would definitely recommend to others! The workload was not very demanding at all and allows for plenty of time to explore the surrounding areas. The atmosphere of the hostel is very social and there is always something going on to keep you entertained. The other volunteers and staff were all exceptionally welcoming and sociable, they really helped create a close community in the hostel.

It was my second time volunteering here, and I stayed for almost three months. Definitely a place that feels like home away from home. The tasks are well-balanced between cleaning and social activities, adjusted to your personality as a volunteer (whether you're more introverted or extroverted). This time, I got to experience the move to the new volunteer rooms, which made the stay even better. Thanks to all the staff and the amazing volunteer team I got to share this time with. See you soon, of course, but next time just as a guest. You guys are the best !

100% recommend. I'm so happy I had my first volunteer experience with Munk's the hostel. The hosts, staff, and fellow volunteers made such wonderful memories, and they also gave me the courage to take on other volunteer opportunities and travel. The rooms are now separated by boys and girls, which is great for privacy. This place felt so cozy and fun that I couldn't explore as much as I had planned, but I would love to visit again

My whole experience was just amazing! The most important part for me were the people i met there! I actually made a friends for life! The tasks are easy and you have a lot of free time for anything. The other volunteers will help you with everything, so don't worry! Tallinn in general is such a beautiful city and you have a very good places where you can go! Thank you for everything💜

Home Away from home. Such a wonderful place filled with Amazing people, both the other volunteers and the permanent staff. The workload is not demanding at all, so you get tons of time to visit the surroundings, and running the social events doesn't even feel like working. At the end i wished i could have stayed longer

Absolutely loved my time at Imaginary Hostel! We appliedto the hostel, but volunteered at Imaginary - which suited us perfectly. The location is close to supermarkets and in the heart of the old town. Our volunteer dorm was cozy, and we had a lot of fun chats and dinners with other volunteers. The shifts are long (8h), but the work is not hard - cleaning bathrooms, rooms, common spaces, and there is plenty of time for breaks and things in between work. The schedule is flexible - Polina is always happy to organise days off to suit your travel plans so we were able to see a lot of Estonia!

Travelling as a duo, my sister and I originally signed up for the hostel, but were offered a place at Imaginary Hostel instead as the hostel had no availability. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Imaginary, the shifts were only cleaning shifts, working for 3 days with 4 days off. There is plenty of opportunity to explore the country, which I really recommend. Estonia is stunning! Most importantly, the staff, other volunteers and the unique groups of guests really made the experience worth it. I will really miss the Imaginary family and I hope to be able to visit again. Aitah!
