My time with the hostel was so much fun! Everyone was welcoming and kind, work hours were respected and they are flexible with your schedule. I was lucky to have great people during my stay and always down for an adventure :) I definitely recomand this experience to everyone, you are going to have an amazing time there! 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

This was undoubtedly one of the best experiences I have had. Not only are the volunteers incredibly welcoming and friendly, there's always a very positive atmosphere in the hostel. The work is very fair and achievable, and timings and days off are always respected. Nuno and Rodrigo are two of the most hardworking, generous and kind people I have had the opportunity to work with. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable, ill definitely be back. My time in the hostel was really good,it was an absolute delight! The opportunity to combine my love for surfing with giving back to the community was truly fulfilling. From the moment I arrived, I was embraced by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the hostel. Helping out with various tasks, from checking in guests to organizing surf lessons, allowed me to fully immerse myself in the vibrant energy of the hostel. Every day brought new adventures and connections as I shared laughs and stories with fellow volunteers and guests alike.

My experience at the the hostel has been incredible !!! The working hours are completely respected and correct and the tasks are very easy to learn. I felt very welcome and integrated, both by the managers and by the rest of the volunteers. I'm very grateful to have been able to live this first WorldPackers experience with them!!! LSH was my first Worldpackers experience, and what an amazing time it was! Firstly, Rodrigo and Nuno are legends!! I felt truly welcome from the moment I walked in-both from the LSH team and the other volunteers. Your preferred days off were always considered and respected, which leaves you plenty of time to head to the beach. The hostel also has plenty of activities, which the volunteers are encouraged to join in on! The work itself was very easy to follow and you always had a helping hand when needed. I've made so many lovely friends in my short stay here and had such a great experience!!

It was my first time volunteering and I stayed at the hostel for nearly 5 weeks. The location is perfect, not far from the beach and the train station which is amazing if you want to explore the hostel or other nearby cities. The work is not too difficult and we have a good amount of days off per week! I could not have had a better first Worldpackers experience thanks to the amazing team that is waiting for you when you arrive. Nuno and Rodrigo are always there to help you if you need anything, the other volunteers are also very welcoming and they all definitely know how to have fun!💕🏄‍♀️

The hostel is so chill and fun :) The whole team is very funny and respectful they made me feel like I'm at home. About the tasks, they always tried to respected the work schedule I wanted and the tasks are easy to take Also the hostel is in a nice location close to the train station and the beach, I made some surf lessons and they were great! They made my heart feel warm. I'll miss you <3

I had the best time here at the hostel. The people are absolutely wonderful and one of a kind. You will have so much fun; it is a great place to learn how to surf, the yoga teacher is incredible in every way, the nature is stunning and the nightlife is perfect. Super well organised thanks to the great management, I can't recommend them enough.

I had a great time at the the hostel! Everyone is so welcoming and it feels like home 🫶🏻 Besides that, the location is perfect because you are close the beach and to the city. Nuno and Rodrigo try their best to create the schedule after the volunteers preferences🥰 It was definitely the right choice to go there, I learned so much about myself as well as about other people! I really appreciate that I could stay there and that I felt so comfortable. It was a time I will never forget! Thank you to everyone who made this time unforgettable ✨ I am going to miss it so much!
