My name is Ivan, and 2 years ago I settled down and started a Tour agency in the heart of the Yucatán Peninsula in the beautiful Valladolid. As a company, we are focused in providing quality all-inclusive Tours to Chichen Itza and the beautiful Cenotes nearby.

Dettagli del programma

The tasks I am looking to cover with the help of volunteers are mainly at the office.

Welcoming guests before the beginning of their Tours, helping them check in, organizing and maintaining a clean work place and promote the Tours that we offer.

The job is pretty easy and doesn't require much knowledge, but don't worry because you are going to be trained and supervise at all time. If you have any talents that can be helpful at the office, please don't hesitate to tell me!

There is always a great team atmosphere around, and you will find out that it's not too much work.

Holbox, Tulum, Chichen Itza, Playa del Carmen and tons of Cenotes are some of the iconic places you can visit in your days off.

Attività e turni

5 hours per day 4 days per week (mostly morning shifts)
The following tasks could be done within the agreed working hours and days.

-Welcome guests booked for our Tours,
-Helping them with their check in,
-Provide information about our Tours,
-Cleaning, organizing and running errands,
-Daily inventory,
-Public Relations and tour promotion,
-Answer online reviews,
-Respond to Whatsapp messages inquiries

The most importanat skill is to have a GOOD SERVICE ATTITUDE .

We want to create a good reputation not only for the Company but also for the destination.

Regole

You will be staying at a comfortable house with all the essentials to make your stay pleasant.

-Food is self-provided,
-You can cook your own meals and use all the utensils, appliances and cooking basics in the kitchen, always cleaning at the end,
-Drinking water, cleaning supplies, and tools are provided.

The primary house rules are: no drugs, no smoking.
