My first Worldpackers experience was amazing! Pedro took great care of me from the start. There's now a clear and flexible work schedule, which I really appreciated. The work was easygoing, the guests were super friendly, and the host has such a cozy atmosphere. I never had to do overtime and sometimes even finished early. The team was great, we became friends! Pedro is very kind, and overall it was a wonderful experience!

The host is an excellent project, whose tasks are easy and the hours of work are few compared to the much free time you have. At the beginning it is a bit complicated but once you understand the way Pedro manages the host everything improves and becomes simpler. As for accommodation, also in this case it is managed in an unusual way so you have to understand how to manage yourself for everyday life

This was a very positive and meaningful experience for me. I felt welcomed and comfortable, and I really enjoyed the international atmosphere. I met inspiring people, practiced languages and discovered the local culture in a natural and beautiful way. I'm grateful for everything I learned and experienced. A special thank you to Pedro for his kindness, generosity and for making me feel truly welcomed during my stay. I highly recommend this experience.

We had a great time in the city of Alicante with lots of freedom. The shifts were pretty easy and straightforward, but the organization could use some improvement. The host would leave for days on end without restocking breakfast foods, the bikes were unusable, and the shower and kitchen were about a 10-minute walk from our sleeping rooms, which was not communicated to us beforehand. Overall, we enjoyed our time, but we were ready to move on by the end. Thank you!

You spent 28 days here and didn't say anything to me. Those words say more about you than about me. Every day (in your case, 28 days) we give our clients a small card with the phrase: "Life is too short, leave nothing unsaid." You learned nothing about this message.

The tasks were only briefly explained, as the host wasn't present, which caused some confusion. Working hours were not always respected, so I had to make sure myself that they matched what was in general agreed upon. Planning free time was difficult, as there was no reliable weekly schedule. The sleeping area only had beds and toilets. The shower and "cooking facilities" were located at the workplace and could only be used outside of working hours. A verbal agreement made by the host was not kept, so I had to pay for one night in a hotel myself. The other volunteers were very nice.

I can't write all I want bc Worldpackers policy(e) will remove (again) my review. You were confused w/ the explaination "other very nice volunteers" gave to you, I agree: they are great you are confused. Every thing was bad, dificult, no reliable, etc... Confusion again. Facts: you stayed 25 days, on the last 15 days you worked 4 days and had 11 days off. Maybe thats why you were confused: to much free time. You paid hotel after volunteering time (holidays) ended, your private plans.
