L'esperienza

We'd love to have 3-4 people, sharing daily tasks:
- Serving breakfast (all deliciously homemade: pancakes with fruit, yoghurt with granola, etc.) for 2-13 people simultaneously
- Preparing the albergue for a new busy day (= housekeeping)
- Cooking lunch for the team
- Checking in new guests and all it entails: laundry, info on upcoming stages, etc. (although this position will primarily be given to a social media creator)

Aiuto cucina: Aiuta a preparare, completare e servire i pasti.

Reception: Aiuta con check-in, check-out e assistenza agli ospiti.

Cosa ottieni

2 giorni liberi a settimana

Dormitorio dello staff: Avrai un letto in una camera condivisa, il che significa che condividerai la stessa stanza con altre persone.

Colazione: Hai diritto a una colazione gratuita, ogni giorno del tuo soggiorno.

Pranzo: Hai diritto a un pranzo gratuito, ogni giorno del tuo soggiorno.

Cena: Hai diritto a una cena gratuita, ogni giorno del tuo soggiorno.

Tra 23 e 35 anni

Dettagli del programma

As for you personally, we'd like you to have a big, beautiful and open heart, flexibility, an out-of-the-box learning mentality, speak English well and preferably more than basic Spanish, and especially willing to immerse yourself in the Camino de Santiago, both in the mind/ spirit of the guest (pilgrims only), as well as the go-to person for advice.
Once you step into the albergue, we will surely ask you for the experience you 'd like to gét, while staying with us. And we'll do our best to provide.

Attività e turni

The daily tasks, 5 hours a day, 5 days a week, involves:
- From 06.30 on: take care of pilgrims' breakfast, making sure everyone has left by 08.30
- From 08.30 on: collect sheets, do laundry, make beds and rooms
- 09.00 -12.00: Cleaning of the albergue
- 13.00 -18.00: Check-in (incl. pilgrims' laundry)
- 21.00 -23.00: Prepare breakfast and closing of the albergue
Depending on the month, some tasks may be combined into one shift.

Regole

Although the albergue has a very casual vibe, we value proper presentation and hospitality. We'd really like your profile to have a few clear pictures of you.
And: not so much a rule, but rather the vision for our team:
- Cheerful energy with personal hospitable attention for guests
- Cooperation with efficiency in the tasks (know what is important, perfection is not required, but the best version of yourself is).
- Openness in the team (speak out to each other, clear the air as quickly as possible)
