I can't put into words how special this experience is. First of all, Rob and Rene are fantastic hosts! They went above and beyond to make me feel safe and welcome. The meals were made with such care and love. I felt like I was visiting family. The facilities were amazing! Getting to sleep surrounded by nature was incredibly relaxing and just what my soul needed. The learning aspect of the trip really rounded out the unique experience. Getting to learn sustainability and give back to the environment and have a purpose for travel allowed me to grow as a person. I'm definitely returning!

My experience at the eco village couldn't have been better. Rebe and Rob, the hosts, make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The beach is just a 10-minute walk with incredible views of nature and stunning sunsets. The food is super healthy and delicious, and the group I was with was so much fun—people I hope to meet up with again around the world. Sleeping and waking up in nature made me rethink what I want for my future. Helping with sea turtle conservation is something I'll never forget, really! I recommend this experience to everyone, and I really hope to go back one day!

This experience was truly incredible, a great way to disconnect from the world (still with Wifi connectivity) and reconnect with nature. The activities and volunteer hours are treated more as an opportunity for us to learn, rather than just "work." I really appreciated the time and effort from Rob and Rebe to make this a collaborative and wonderful experience, they really put their heart and souls into this project.

I cannot recommend this opportunity enough. rob & rebe were the most warm and welcoming people from the second i met them. their energy, knowledge and passion was so beautiful to witness, and i will be forever changed from knowing them and getting to experience their space. i am so so glad i took the leap to go on this volunteer experience, and hope to return as soon as i can! thank you so much!

From the second we stepped off the plane in Drake Bay, Rob & Rebe welcomed us with open arms. The week was filled with the perfect balance of teaching, learning, working & free time - Rob & Rebe made every activity fun and I felt as though I walked away from this experience with so much new knowledge and appreciation. Staying at the eco village is truly a one of kind experience that I would recommend to anyone & everyone! Thank you to Rebe & Rob for being such incredible hosts & for creating a space that is so warm, welcoming & creative.

The eco village is an absolutely amazing place! It is full of so much natural beauty and you are constantly immersed in nature. Rob and Rebe are absolutely amazing hosts! They were extremely welcoming and accommodating. The food is delicious and Rebe works with you to make sure you enjoy every meal. You also learn so much about the local animals and plants! Rob is a great teacher. I would highly recommend volunteering here!!
