My time at the hostel was honestly amazing. The team is fun, welcoming, and makes you feel like part of the family from day one. The work is enjoyable and varied — from events to social media — and you get to meet people from all over the world. The atmosphere is social, energetic, and super supportive. I learned a lot, made real friendships, and definitely recommend this experience to anyone looking for community and a great time in the hostel.

I volunteered at the hostel and had such a great time! 11 Even when I got sick, everyone was so kind and supportive. Work didn't feel like work at all because you get to interact with guests like friends most of the time. I learned a lot about hostel operations and made awesome friends along the way. Highly recommended! ✨🇻🇳

My time volunteering for the hostel was absolutely amazing, the bar staff and reception were very nice, the hours are easy and the work is just as easy IF your extroverted and don't mind putting in a little effort, The amenities you get are also great and they ask very little of you to earn them. I loved my time here as well as meeting all the other volunteers and guests. Overall, my experience volunteering here was amazing and I really appreciate being given the opportunity!

Volunteering at the hostel was such an incredible experience! It's the perfect way to get to know the hostel while meeting travelers from all over the world. From day one it felt like a family—I connected not only with the other volunteers, but also with the staff and guests. I also had lots of time to explore the hostel and take day trips around the north of Vietnam. I'm so sad to leave, but I'll always be grateful for the memories and friendships I made here. I'd absolutely recommend this hostel to anyone considering volunteering, even if it's your very first time—you'll feel right at home. 💛

I loved my stay at the hostel! The work was fun, responsible for hosting a night time event and then help on the pub crawls three times a week. the hostel is amazing there's a spa, pool, full service bar and restaurant and even a tattoo studio. After having traveled around for a while it was nice to stay somewhere and be welcomed so openly by the staff and team at the hostel. I would recommend anyone who likes to be social and meet a bunch of amazing people should volunteer here.

This is one of the best volunteering experiences I've had! the hostel is amazing, the work is easy and well communicated and everyone who works there is so nice! It feels like you are apart of a family and you get to meet many amazing people from all over the world here. Highly recommend 🫶🏻
