The hostel is definitely a very special place, full of people from all over the world, the staff its very very nice, the hostel its amazing and very well located, the apartment its nice, right next to the hostel. Thanks to all the people I met and thanks for the opportunity.

Mi experiencia en el hostel fue más de lo que me esperaba. Gracias a Rafaela por darme la oportunidad de pertenecer al equipo y a todos los miembros del mismo por recibirme con los brazos abiertos, enseñarme y brindarme tanto amor! Los horarios siempre se cumplieron, el lugar donde vives tiene todo lo que necesitas y el hostal está muy cerca del centro de la ciudad. Gracias siempre ♡

Had a really great time at the hostel. The volunteering experience is very well structured, with clear rules and work division. The highlight for me was having a studio with the other volunteers so we would have our own place to sleep, cook and connect. It was all very safe and cozy. All the staff was also very welcoming and I truly enjoyed spending time with them. I worked in the bar during the night shift and it was always fun and interesting. I must say though i got quite tired after every shift, which ended at 1:30 AM; some nights the bar was busy and thus the workflow became intense.

I spent a month at the hostel and it actually went by so fast that it felt like a week. The schedules are very clear from the day of the interview, depending on the shift you get you have to work fewer hours more intensely or more hours but more relaxed. The best thing about volunteering is the privacy you have, I feel like sleeping outside the hostel is a plus that was very important to me. Most of the people who work there are very kind, warm and have a talent for making you feel part of the team. Grazie di tutto!

The hostel was the perfect first volunteer I could have ever asked for. As a volunteer, you have an apartment that you share with other 3 volunteers and it's not inside the hostel. You have free food, mostly breakfast, and a washing machine. The things you have to do at work are easygoing and light, all the staff is international and super kind! Your experience will be full of joy, stories, laughs, family dinners and happiness 💓

Volunteering at the hostel was a once-in-a-lifetime experience! Everyone was super welcoming and I built real friendships with the Staff and fellow travelers. The location of the hostel is amazing and I had an amazing time! Definitely recommend🫶

It was wonderful volunteering at the hostel! The staff are very nice and willing to teach, as are the volunteers I met! Thank you very much, it was my first time in Italy and it couldn't have been better! I learned how to make good coffee, good drinks and an excellent breakfast! Besides, the hostel is super well located, I loved it!

O hostel com certeza se tornou minha família em Milão! A experiência lá foi extremamente especial, do início ao fim. O trabalho é tranquilo e super divertido, tudo que é acordado é respeitado, e o staff está sempre disposto a nos ouvir e nos auxiliar no que precisarmos. Deixo um agradecimento a Rafa por toda a atenção e preocupação com os voluntários durante todo o tempo que estive lá. Fiz muitos amigos no hostel, que com certeza levarei pra sempre no coração <3 Uma experiência inesquecível e inexplicável, só tenho a agradecer! Espero voltar em breve como guest :)

Staying at the hostel was really one of the greatest experiences I could've ever imagined!! Before I arrived, everything was described to me by Rafaela and I also had the warmest welcome by the other volunteers that were already there so I immediately felt at home! In general, the whole vibe of the Hostel is just the best. The whole staff and all the volunteers are very friendly and I felt like I was volunteering in a big family. Also the work is really fun :) You get to learn so many new things and just have the best time there! Thank you for everything♥️ I'll never forget my stay at the hostel :)

I couldn't have asked for a better first volunteering experience, I had the time of my life at the hostel! The volunteers got their own cozy apartment with kitchen and bathroom. We got good breakfast and other additional food. I got to work in different positions like bar, breakfast and reception where I meet people from all over the world which was really cool and fun. Rafaela was so kind and always made herself available for us when needed.The staff was very lovely and welcoming, they made my time at the hostel so memorable. I will definitely come back in the future to stay at the hostel as a guest!❤️
