O meu tempo no hostel foi incrível!! Eu amei a experiência e recomendo para todo mundo! As funções e tempo de trabalho combinados foram totalmente respeitados, o staff foi sempre muito atencioso e eu me senti muito bem durante todo o tempo que estive lá! O ambiente é descontraído e divertido, um ótimo lugar pra voluntariar. O apartamento para os voluntários é bem confortável e, para mim, fez toda a diferença ter esse espaço "separado" apenas para voluntários. Conheci pessoas incríveis e de diferentes lugares. Fiz amizades que vou levar pra vida! Uma experiência incrível e enriquecedora!

Great experience to get to know the hostel. Everyone, staff and volunteering, are great. The job is as they tell you beforehand, but the amount of work depends on your tasks, as the bar (specially at night) usually gets much busier than other parts of the hostel. The accomodation is good, they could just improve the water heating system, as there is not always hot water available for two people to take two showers in a row. Anyways, we could use the hostels' bathroom so it was ok. I recommend you this experience if you want to meet great people and to live in a fun international environment.

This volunteering experience was a turning point in my life. The hostel is lovely, the dormitory comfy, and the volunteer space did its job, though the bathroom could use a little more love. But the best part, without a doubt, was the people: I worked with an amazing team, met incredible volunteers, and found nothing but kindness, respect, and good vibes everywhere. the hostel is going through a lot of changes, and even with the challenges, I admire the staff for all they give. Thanks to the place that made me so happy and to the wonderful people who made it magical. THANK YOU ALL! ❤️

Volunteering at the hostel was an incredible experience! From the start, the team was warm and welcoming, and Rafaela and Camila were always there to support and guide me. Tasks were clear and as agreed, with fair hours, and I loved meeting travelers from all over, which made every day exciting. Having a separate living space for volunteers provided comfort and privacy, which was a big bonus. I'm grateful for the memories, new skills, and friendships I made. Thank you, the hostel, for such a memorable experience!

Mi experiencia en el hostel fue mucho más de lo que esperaba, no me alcanzan las palabras para nombrar a cada persona que es parte del hostal y agradecerles por todo, hice amistades las cueles espero volver a ver y de igual manera con los voluntarios que también estaban ahí. Todos te ayudan si tienes alguna duda y siempre hay actividades las cueles son muy divertidas. De igual manera si buscas aprender Italiano es Perfecto y Milán está ubicada perfectamente para conocer sus alrededores en los días libres. Esta experiencia fue de las mejores experiencias que he tenido ❤️🤌🏻🇮🇹

The hostel is a truly special place where you will meet fascinating people from all over the world. The staff is very welcoming and always open for any questions. The work is fair, with everything clearly communicated from the start. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and want to thank for everything, for every talk, the shared time and all the memories made there. Just the best for everyone! <3

I loved my experience at the hostel Milan! The staff were amazing, the tasks were mostly clear and what we agreed on beforehand and everything was very organised. Living with the other volunteers in our own flat was great because you can have privacy. Even if something went wrong, Camilla and Rafaela were always there to help and did their best to make my stay as perfect as possible.

My volunteering at the hostel was a wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, the entire team was welcoming, Rafaela and Camila always gave me all the support I needed and made sure I was comfortable. the hostel was more than just volunteering. I left with dear friends and great experience. The work I did was good and allowed me to meet and connect with lots of travellers and cool people. The facilities and accommodation were comfortable, and having a specific home for our volunteer team made all the difference. the hostel has a special place in my heart, as do the dear people and friends I made there 💙

The hostel is a great opportunity to volunteer in. I felt welcomed and accepted from the first moment and shared a lot of fun moments with the crew, other volunteers and guests. It never gets boring, especially because of all the events in the evening. The living facilities have everything you need and in general the hostel offers a lot of perks for your work there. The hours and work was exactly as agreed on before and very fair! All in all, I can only recommend this experience and am lucky to had the chance to work there, thank you the hostel🫶🏼🫶🏼

I'm super grateful to be part of the hostel crew! For me it was incredible because I love learning new skills in hospitallity, and the hostel provided the perfect environment for that. The volunteers also have their own space, which is great because it allows you to really disconnect and we also have access to breakfast which was also a big help. A big thanks to Rafa and Cami for being such warm, positive people. In fact, the entire staff was fantastic, really: helpful, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. the hostel truly felt like home and I truly hope I can return in the future.
