Jacob was an amazing host... fun, polite and always willing to help when I needed it. The hostel has an excellent location, with easy access to the main points of London, close to transport, markets, restaurants and pubs. The food is delicious and the working hours are very flexible, allowing plenty of time to explore the city. During my stay, I met wonderful people and made great friends. It was an enriching experience that I highly recommend! Gratitude!!!

The experience at Sandman was great, I made friends that I will carry in my heart, I practised languages, the volunteer manager Jacob, and a great person, polite, flexible, funny. You can have the 3 meals (saving food for another meal), the work schedule is respected and the room is good. The location is simply perfect, next to the park in a prime area of London with two subway lines next to it and buses with easy access to various parts of London. I would stay longer if it were possible ... you can go without fear, it's worth the experience, thank you very much Jacob

This was my first volunteer experience and I'm grateful I did it here. It's a fantastic place to meet people all around the world and create amazing memories. The job was quite fair, just a couple of hours a day, so it allowed me to discover the city at my own rhythm.

Sandeman is undoubtedly a gem tucked away in the heart of London. The atmosphere buzzed with laughter and stories from fellow travelers, and I quickly forged friendships that felt like they were destined to last a lifetime. Each day was an adventure :) whether it was exploring the hidden nooks of the city, sharing a laugh over breakfast, or helping fellow guests discover the local gems, every moment was an opportunity to connect. Working hours were respected and the staff was more than welcoming! xx

I had an amazing month in the hostel. Jacob, the manager, is a really nice person and always cares about the volunteers . The hostel is located in an exclusive area of ​​London, very close to major tourist spots. There I found a group of girls who became my sisters for a whole month and made this summer 2024 an unforgettable experience for my whole life.

The best volunteering!! The work is very easy to do, always respecting the established limit. the meals are good, rooms and bathroom too. I had an amazing experience volunteering at this hostel! The working hours were very reasonable, and the location of the hostel is fantastic, right in the heart of London. The staff were incredibly friendly and open to any changes or requests, showing a lot of flexibility. This was my first volunteer experience, and it couldn't have gone better. I highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a fun and rewarding opportunity. If I get the chance, I would definitely volunteer here again or stay at the hostel on future trips. 100% recommended!
