Um hostel organizado, com ótima infraestrutura e equipe excelente. Me fizeram me sentir confortável e em casa, sem mencionar a cidade que é muito tranquila e ótima para relaxar e colocar os pensamentos em ordem. Só tenho a agradecer a Tomar, a Sónia e a esta equipe que eu, com certeza, pretendo visitar novamente. An organized hostel with excellent infrastructure and excellent staff. They made me feel comfortable and at home, not to mention the city that is very quiet and great for relaxing and putting your thoughts in order. I just have to thank Tomar, Sónia and this team.

Eu estou extremamente feliz com a oportunidade que tive em ajudar e conhecer pessoas maravilhosas!!! Eu e meus pais só temos o que agradecer pela ótima estadia que tivemos no Hostel da Sónia... Minha experiência no Hostel foi maravilhosa. A galera super bacana, estavam sempre comigo. As tarefas eram super tranquilas, fazia com gosto. Me senti totalmente em casa, me diverti muito. Consegui conversar com pessoas do mundo todo que passaram pelo hostel, cada um deixou uma lembrança que levarei como ensinamentos para a vida. Jamais esquecerei, super recomendo. Guys, Sonia is THE BEST! She and her staff made me feel so, so welcome. They're all incredibly kind and understanding and helpful. And the hostel is BEAUTIFUL, and the work is extremely chill. Plus, Tomar has the absolute best food I had anywhere on my European adventures. You'll eat so well, and so cheaply -- it's really mind blowing. And you're right down the hill from the castle and convent which truly have yet to be surpassed by any monument I've seen since. Basically, you'll have a lovely and chill time with the nicest people in Europe. And the best food. Seriously.

I loved the opportunity of working at the hostel. It was my first experience as a volunteer and I can say it was amazing. All the staff members were really welcoming. Thank you again, Sónia, Joana, Fernando and Eutimo. I'll never forget all the funny moments we lived together. And I'm happy I could help you somehow. The tasks were simple and there was no room for feeling homesick. I hope I'll go back soon to visit you all. I recommend this hostel for those who want to know a different (and charming) city, help and make friends. This experience was one of a kind :)

I had an INCREDIBLE experience in Tomar and especially in the amazing Hostel2300Thomar! Sonia is a very sweet and friendly person with a lot of energy. She made me feel at home and received me with open arms :) All the rest of the team is also super kind. I had the pleasure to meet many pilgrims that are making their way to Santigo de Compostela, and I learned so much from each of them, which made me comprehend much better the meaning behind the way- Camino. Tomar is a special and magic town in the middle of Portugal. Thank you Tomar for all the fun and all the new friends :)

As soon as I arrived in Tomar , I knew it would be a special place . The city is full of history and sweet people . Here in Tomar I found a family , even if for only two weeks ; Sonia , Tania , Eutimo , Fernando and Joana made feel at home. The hostel was fantastic and full of interesting people from all over the world , especially pilgrims traveling to Santiago de Compostela ! Thanks to them I started to speak Portuguese and discover this beautiful country ! Grazie Mille!

Best hostel that I could stay in my first trip outside Brazil, people are so friendly Sònia and the staff made me feel like home, they were really friendly and helpful during the time I was there. The hostel is everything that a backpackers needs!! I helped the hostel during one month and I only have great things to say about it, the job was really easy to do and Tomar it is a nice city with lots of history and cool places. I feel I have left friends!!

I found this place looking for a place in Portugal. Since my first contact with Sónia, I fell in love easily with Tomar and her Hostel. It is a kind of place that is much better than the pictures can show. I enjoyed to stay there during 30 days, the staff is really cool and I made friends for life. Sónia is full of energy, good ideias, she loves to travels and will inspires you to live and have fun. I had the best time that I couldn't even imagine. The city is amazing, there's always something going on. It's hard to leave, but I'm sure that I'll be back. Thank you for everything.
