If you are thinking about it do it! I stayed here for a total of four months during two stays. And I don't have anything to complain about. The hostel is beautiful and the people are super welcoming and friendly. The amount of work is very fair and enjoyable. The hostel is also very social so you will get to know many people and experience a lot of new things. Thank you for everything!

I absolutely loved my time at the hostel. I felt like part of a small family, everyone was very friendly, welcoming and patient to teach you everything that you need. I got the chance to meet wonderful persons from all over the world and to get to know the city as a local. I will always remember this experience. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to learn more about Sicily and to interact with locals and tourists.

This was my first work-exchange, and I couldn't have wished for a better place. The experience exceeded all my expectations. The warm community and exceptional leadership made me feel like part of a family with both the staff and the volunteers. the hostel team does their utmost to ensure you have time to explore the rest of Sicily, which was a fantastic bonus. Many guests told me it's one of the best hostels they've ever been to, and as a volunteer, I couldn't agree more. A heartfelt thank you to the amazing the hostel-team for these fantastic five weeks! 🇮🇹😁

Fue mi primer voluntariado y me encantó, el equipo del the hostel es genial, todos están dispuestos a ayudarte y a explicarte lo que necesites, son flexibles si necesitas algo, súper amables y amigables; llegué el primer día y ya me sentía incluida, quedo muy feliz con la experiencia y con ganas de volver. Por el lado de las tareas, no son difíciles y hay variedad de shifts, además de que trabajar en un hostal te permite conocer mucha gente. Por otro lado Catania es un buen lugar de los que puedes hacer muchos daytrips y un lugar con una vibra única.

The hostel, Catania, and Sicily are so beautiful, but what really made this experience so wonderful were the people. The staff are so amazing, kind, and welcoming. They really make you feel at home here, I am so grateful to them. I was lucky enough to be excepted here for my first volunteer experience . I truly had such an amazing time! Everything was better than I could have ever imagined thanks to the wonderful people here!

This was my first volunteer experience and I loved it. Everyone is very welcoming. The location is perfect to explore the city and the nearby towns in Sicily. The shifts were all later so I had the day to do whatever I wanted.

My first volunteering experience, and I wouldn't have wanted it anywhere else. The moment you enter the staff welcomes you, and makes you feel a part of the team! The location of the hostel and the working hours gives you a great opportunity to explore nearby towns in Sicily. The work was simple although the night shifts were required you to change your sleeping schedule, which could be tough. But again, the experience was amazing and it was a sad goodbye after having spent a month in Catania :)

Excelente estadia como voluntario… los turnos son faciles de hacer y el staff muy copado, me senti super comodo. El hostel está buenisimo tiene mucha onda, buena ubicacion y buena vista desde su terraza.
