I spent a really good time in TricTrac in the 3 weeks that I've been there! Meet so many amazing people and from all over the world, had a lot of fun, and wonderful memories!! I had a problem about my next trip and then asked for Angela for more days and she was really kind and generous, letting me stay there!! I really appreciate, thank you so much!! Una experiencia fantástica. Todo el personal es maravilloso y te ayudan en todo. Las tareas son fáciles y te dejan tiempo para disfrutar de tu día en Nápoles. Ha sido mi primera experiencia como voluntaria en el extranjero y creo que no encontré otra experiencia mejor💕 Martina, Andrea, Niki, Alberto, Lorenzo... Todos maravillosos. Experiencia totalmente recomendable, os sentiréis como en casa😊👏🏽

First of all, I am thankful for all the people I met and worked in the hostel. Thank you for showing one experience in life that I would never ever forget. Now, from my experience, the hostel is very clean from the very start till the end. Staff are super friendly and I've practiced my Italian a lot! They also communicated their expectations and schedule way ahead and promoted to have a great experience in the hostel. They were also considerate when I had a problem. I'm glad this was my first! Lastly, they made my holidays great and I'm glad to have a second family here. Thanks again! Ciao!

Minha experiência foi incrível. O trabalho é super tranquilo, a gente participa de todas as atividades do hostel, o pessoal faz o máximo para nos deixar o mais confortável possível. Eu ajudei no bar 4h por noite, teve noite que eu só fiquei socializando e deixando os guests confortáveis. Estávamos em 2 voluntários e ficamos em um quarto com os hospedes. Tinha dias que eu me sentia como um hospede. Acho que foi o hostel mais limpo que eu já fiquei. Noite de ano novo teve uma festa com amigos e familiares dos donos e eu me senti muito a vontade, mesmo trabalhando me diverti muito. Grazie mille ❤

They are supervising cameras at all time around the hostel, and bringing in a friend costs 5-8 euro depending on whether they serve free pasta or not. On the other hand, they always get a free drink but can't enter after 1:00 AM. Upon arrival you are asked your bank payment info. They say these will be used against theft, but if you don't show up for a shift they charge (in my case) 58 euro out of your account with no consultancy. Though we in my case found a solution and they promised to return the money. Besides this I enjoyed my stay and recommend working here when aware of this.

In our hostel safety comes first and we are very careful that our guests are as safe as possible and that strangers, even if they are "friends" of a volunteer we don't know, do not sneak into the rooms without any authorization. €5 for a drink or €8 for a drink and a plate of pasta doesn't seem huge to us, even for the most budget-minded of people.

The agreement with us on Worldpackers is very clear: bed space in exchange for working hours. If you don't show up without even warning, and make childish excuses 12 hours after your missed shift, you will be charged for one night in the room you are in.

In any case, we have decided not to charge you anything. But once again you only think about money.

All of the staff were absolutely incredible and made me feel like a part of the family from the very beginning. The work was easy and fun, and for the most part all I had to do was talk to and entertain the guests. I made friendships that will last forever with both guests, other volunteers, and staff. I couldn't recommend this place enough, I truly am so sad to be leaving. Rooms are very clean and nice and I had a very comfortable stay!

Fue mi primer voluntariado y fue tal cual imaginé que sería. Tareas sencillas y fáciles. Mis compañeros de trabajo super bien, pero una mención especial para Niky, que fue sin dudas el mejor. Las chicas de limpieza unas genias, en el medio del voluntariado me enfermé y ellas me cuidaron como si fuese una hija. El hostel muy lindo, va gente MUY copada. Me llevo muchos amigos. Los jefes super bien, están siempre presentes ya sea en persona a través de las cámaras vigilancia. Linda experiencia para conocer Nápoles, se aprovecha muchísimo. Gracias TricTrac!

My stay at the hostel was amazing! The shifts are only 4 hours long and are very simple. The whole team is incredibly friendly and always in a good mood. Almost every evening events take place where it is really easy to meet new people. The whole hostel is always really clean with a lot of available bathrooms which makes the stay very comfortable. Moreover, the location is fantastic, just a the border of the old town and 5 mins from the Spanish quarter. All in all, it is a wonderful hostel that I would recommend to everybody!

I'm extremely happy about my stay at the hostel. All the staff were great and the tasks were simple so it didn't take me a lot to get into the working routine. We also had buffet breakfast as the other guests and dinner during evening events. Napoli is a great city, rich in culture and history, and full entertainment options, therefore you'll never get bored. It's also very conveniently located to explore other tourist spots alongside the coast. I strongly recommend this volunteering position; and special thanks to Niky, Martina and Lorenzo whom I worked with and made my stay even better!

Amazing experience! From the minute I walked in, everyone felt like family; it was so easy to integrate and even learn more about the local culture. The work is very reasonable; the shifts are only four-hours and you have the opportunity to work with all the staff in different capacities. the hostel itself is one of the best hostels I have stayed at: ideally located, great amenities, and the right balance of socializing and privacy. This is great place to volunteer and make friends while experiencing Naples in a unique way.
