Michelle is the most amazing host! I truly had the best first experience with Worldpackers and I'm grateful it was with her at the guest house. I enjoyed spending time doing a variety of tasks like gardening, laundry, preparing rooms, and taking pictures. The accommodations were amazing. She is also so knowledgeable about so many amazing things to do all around Portugal which made for such a cool experience. She has a wonderful family too!

It cannot be said enough...Michelle is amazing! She was flexible and understanding throughout the trip, and she went out of her way to be helpful to not only us as her volunteers but also to all her guests. Her whole family felt like a second family during our stay. The tasks were light and enjoyable, and the accommodations were gorgeous. I highly recommend this experience.

A guest house é um lugar de muita paz, em meio a natureza, onde podemos trabalhar um período do dia, depois explorar ao redor . Fica perto de lugares patrimônios da UNESCO como Mosteiro Alcobaça e também de praias lindas como Nazaré. Minha experiência aqui foi incrível pois além de eu estar muito bem alojada, quartos maravilhosos, a Michelle , nossa hostess, é uma pessoa que confia na nossa entrega, valoriza como somos e cumpre os acordos. Mesmo muito ocupada, consegue estar conosco nos almoços e nas pausas para um cafezinho. Agradeço muito a acolhida que recebi na Quinta.

Michelle and her family are quite a find. Truly humble and intelligent people that I would like to have spent more time with. The tasks where fine and easy to do but sometimes it was difficult to manage with the video and photography job since good work takes time and overall it was a great experience. Thank you for everything

Thank you to Michelle and family for making my stay so welcoming and memorable. the guest house is the perfect place to leave city life behind and reconnect with nature. I was lucky enough to stay in one of the apartments, which was super-comfy, a real treat! I loved the delicious lunches courtesy of Michelle and Thomas and all of our chats about music, food, life. Need to drive to get around, but alternatively, you can hop on a bicycle or jog (like I did). The work was a mix and sometimes sporadic, but manageable once discussed. Added bonus: the two friendly doggies 💜

Fué una experiencia maravillosa!!! el lugar es como un paraíso, su naturaleza, sus alrededores. Las playas están cerca entre 30 y 30 minutos en auto. Michelle es una mujer fuerte y muy trabajadora, Rick su hijo menor es una dulzura el mayor Mika muy agradable también. El almuerzo siempre a tiempo y rico. Thomas fue quien la mayor parte del tiempo cocinaba y vaya que cocina buena comida. saludable y muy sabrosa. Di tienes licencia de conducir Michelle te facilita un auto para cuando quieras pasear. Muy importante que tú controles no trabajar de sobra. Es un voluntariado.

Michelle is a great host she makes you feel at home, the guest house a great place to collaborate, super nice in a quiet valley near Caldas da Rainha. If you love nature and want to have an inmersive experience on a nice valley in Portugal this is your place. The work was as expected. Michelle and her family are super kind

This experience has been really good, the host his kind and friendly and the place it's amazing. The work was quite easy and flexible, but sometimes the host doesn't explain perfectly the work so I had some problems do to it good. Except this little thing, I suggest you this experience if you are looking for a chilly and enjoyable experience in Portugal
