It was an amazing experience in all senses, you feel very welcome and the environment is very friendly and respectful. Great work team Also you can have so much fun! The location is great, very close to the beach and all the facilities near by. I recommend 100% the experience in the hostel Thanks for everything!

Felipe y Dalton se encargan siempre de que cada voluntario que llegue se lleve un gran recuerdo de Río de Janeiro y muchas ganas de volver siempre! Cada año que vuelvo mi experiencia es mejor aun, este año descato por completo las mejorías en las instalaciones de la casa, como por ejemplo las dos cocinas para usos en común con todo un equipamiento moderno. Además no cabe de duda que es el Hostel más divertido de Río, ya que además de todas las propuestas que ofrece la Ciudad Maravillosa, los Staff y los huéspedes generan ese ambiente festivo en la casa todo el año. Para mi es un honor volver !

This was my third time at the hostel—twice as a guest, now volunteer—and it just keeps getting better. I've never found another place that blends connection, fun, and joy quite like this. What started as a trip for fun turned into something deeper. I met lifelong friends, wise guests, and a community that truly believed in me—exactly what I needed at this point in my life. Volunteering as an entertainer was a blast. The work was light and flexible, giving me plenty of time to explore Rio and connect with people from all over the world. I can't recommend the hostel enough. It's one of a kind

Absolutely LOVED my time at the hostel!!! Weekly schedules were given and there was plenty of free time to see the city, visit the beach and attend local events and parties✨ I became so close with the other volunteers and leaving was actually so heartbreaking🥹thank you so much to Felipe for creating this beautiful space, a home away from home, I can't wait to return🤍🤍🤍

Totally recommend the hostel if you're thinking about volunteering! Great atmosphere, amazing people - staff and guests, they really make you feel like home!:)) The job is easy and fun, you get to meet a lot of cool people and experience the city vibe!!

Foi uma experiência maravilhosa! O the hostel é um lugar perfeito para estar, com uma equipe sensacional que me acolheu super bem. As tarefas do dia a dia são tranquilas e muito bem explicadas não tenho do que reclamar, me senti completamente em casa. Fiz amizades incríveis que vou levar para a vida toda. As instalações do hostel são excelentes, e a vibe é simplesmente maravilhosa. Sem dúvidas, quero e vou voltar! Anfitriões super receptivos e a disposição ❤️

Foi um otima primeira experiência , staff super solicito, o hostel é lindo e bem localizado, fui mais focada em aprimorar o inglês e por muito tempo fui a unica voluntária brasileira o que me proporcionou usar bastante o inglês e o espanhol. O trabalho exige bastante atencao mas achei a cargo horaria super tranquila , os voluntarios também podem usufrurir dos tour o que ajuda muito na imersao local, posso dizer que dessa vez eu conheci o Rio de verdade! Foi um prazer conhecer toda a equipe e todos os voluntarios e hospedes que fizeram parte desse meu aprendizado!!! Super recomendo !!!

I can definitely recommend this place. The work is very easy and due to the team even fun. Due to the perfect location i think it is hard to find any better place if you want to have a perfect stay in Rio. Also due to the locals you meet, you get to know way more from Rio and it's nightlife than you imagined. Most of my colleagues agreed that it was their best experience with volunteering. All in all I recommend everyone to come and find out themselves👍

This was my second time volunteering at the hostel and I love it so much that I've also stayed 3 times as a guest! The owners are extremely nice and always offering help and support. They go out of their way to ensure volunteers have a good experience! I love the hostel and will always return!
