We have a large Georgian house with an interesting, beautiful and very overgrown grounds made up of a Victorian water garden, woods, large lake and meadow. We need help in trying to restore these gardens to how they would have looked in Georgian times - 1820s. Also if you're interested we will be doing some lime painting and how it helps these old houses survive. Any questions please ask.

We would like you to feel happy and relaxed here and we can build a schedule that works for you. Roughly 5 hours a day or possibly combining days to free up more time. Let's discuss. Three really nice meals a day are offered with wine (well not breakfast!). You'll have your own room in the attics of the main house. Either way, you'll have privacy with your own bathroom and sitting room but still have access to the main kitchen. I

Attività e turni

General gardening duties from light to heavy. We will be clearing an old driveway of overgrown trees to reveal a victorian fence, reviving the water garden and helping the lake to become even more beautiful. There'll be tree removal and bramble tackling as well. In bad weather we will work inside, decorating the house.

Not really...if you smoke please do so outside. We can discuss work hours and meal times.
