I loved it, this place became a home away from home. Hugh(the manager) is a great guy and he makes sure every volunteer gets taken care of and makes you feel at home. Job is easy, sometimes takes a little bit time but you will definitely have more than enough time for everything in Korea. Place is clean and close to some of the famous places in Seoul. You stay in a 4 bed dormitory with other guests if you're a male but there is a team dorm for girls. You can cook your own food in the kitchen which has 2 ovens, microwave and a rice cooker. It was a great experience overall 10/10!

Hugh es un jefe increíble, muy amable y comprensible, mis días en Seúl han sido sin duda una experiencia nueva y hermosa pero mi estadía se sintió como estás en casa, muy cómodo, las tareas son bastante sencillas, aunque tuvimos temporada alta por año nuevo y el invierno está fuerte creo que no pude haber escogido mejor lugar que este! Sin duda lo recomiendo, conocí voluntarios muy amables y buenos, los llevaré a todos siempre en mi memoria como una hermosa etapa de mi vida ❤️ Gracias!

Volunteering at the guest house was a great opportunity to meet other travellers and explore seoul easily. hugh is lovely and accommodating and the work was fair and as described. would recommend!!

Lovely place to volunteer - hugh is so kind and accommodating. the work and hours are fair and simple. accom is shared in the basement with use of a kitchen + some free food. great area of seoul + easy to get around. recommend :)

This was my first volunteer experience so I was kinda nervous/excited about it! When I first came to the guest house I felt very welcome, Hugh is a kind and hardworking guy trying to improve his business every day, a very caring boss! The tasks are very easy to learn but if you don't have experience it might feel a little hard, but I personally think it was very easygoing and we had plenty of free time and flexibility. About the accommodation I stayed in the basement, with three more people, the space is big and it has a lot of potential, I'll definitely come back in my next visit, it was incredible!

I had a great stay at the guest house! The accommodation was comfortable and clean, and the food they provide was okay: ramen,bread, nutella, rice. They also have laundry and a dryer, which was super convenient. The host is kind and helpful, and the volunteers were all so nice — they really made the experience better. The location is okay, not the best, but still manageable. Overall, I had a great time and definitely recommend staying here!

The guest house was my first Worldpackers experience, and overall it was really good! Hugh is such a sweet person. He was always quick to answer and very welcoming. His wife was also super sweet. The work was easy to learn and generally simple, though sometimes the amount of work felt a bit uneven depending on check-out days. Still, it was all manageable and fair overall. I met such lovely people during my stay, and that made the experience even more special. 🥹 The guesthouse has a cozy, friendly vibe. I recommend!

Volunteer at the guest house was such an amazing and positive experience. I stayed here for 40 days and it was the first time volunteering and travel by myself but everything went pertectly, Hugh is very hospitable and especially very attentive to our needs. l'd recommend this 100%, I'm more than satisfied with my experience and l also met wonderful people, for example my roommate and create a lot of memories together. I really hope to come back one day and work is such great team again :)

Working at the guest house Hostel was a very positive experience. It was my first time working with Worldpackers, so I was a bit stressed, but everything turned out really great. Hugh is a wonderful host who responds quickly to all messages and helps solve any problems. The work wasn't hard and was 100% in line with what I'd agreed to. The people on my team were wonderful, and we created many unforgettable memories together. the guest house became my home away from home. All in all, I highly recommend it :)
