I don't know where to start to write this shortly. This was the most wonderful experience I ever had. Every person I met was amazing. The wonderful staff, my co-volunteers (that I connected with every single one of them and I love them, we create a truly friendship, then the managers (Efrain is one of them and I can say that he does an amazing job and he is a great great manager), then, is an amazing city but there's a lot of cities / countries very close from Zagreb. The hostel is in the middle of the downtown and you have party, food and home in the same place.

I can not put into words how i loved this experience and the gratitude i have for getting the chance to meet the most amazing people. The other volunteers became my family and efrain and juan did everything they could to make us comfortable in this experience. Efrain always made sure the tasks are fair and the work was respected. The place is more of a hotel with a club and 2 bars so you can make tips and have a really fun time. Over all i had the most memorable experience, the staff and everyone i met here will stay in my heart. I would recommened this experience to everyone❤️

Amazing experience! If you're looking for a lively hostel with lots of parties and people all the time, the hostel is the right place. This place is huge! It feels more like a hotel than a hostel. It has two bars and a club. The work is fine and the hours are well respected. The entire staff is super friendly and always willing to help. The location is excellent; it's right in the center, and you can walk almost everywhere. I absolutely loved my experience and would definitely recommend it to others. A special thanks to Efraín, who was always kind and attentive to all of us. Gracias, Efra!!

I thank my co-volunteers for making this volunteering very special - you get the chance to know many people: up to 16 volunteers + staff + guests. Very good buffet food (breakfast and lunch). The job can get boring: even thought the schedule is rotating, it's mainly washing dishes & mopping. But I appreciated that the tips are shared with volunteers too. The room isn't big and volunteers are responsible for cleaning (no staff do it). I recommend the experience, specially if you're keen on traveling to nearby cities (Split, Pula, Zadar & Budapest) + if you're into partying.

I really had a great time at the chill out hostel. The work is not hard but sometime you have to work at night, which can be quite hard. But the team is really nice. The manager is always understanding. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to party in Zagreb and meet awesome peoples.

Would recommend! It's not really a hostel so you won't really meet travellers. But there is a lot of other volunteers so I become a little family. The work is super easy, and you get some tips which is nice. Make sure you bring some black clothes to wear on your bar shifts!

I had a good experience working at the hostel. I mostly worked at the bar and thought that the tasks were easy to follow. Only minus was the renovation, which made the air there dusty. This bothered me especially during housekeeping shifts.

I enjoyed my time in the hostel and in Zagreb a lot. The atmosphere is really cool and Efrain is super attentive with the volunteers. The facilities are also a reason to go, you are in the middle of Zagreb and are able to entry the club for free. Beside the work hours are great, the work was often a bit too easy for me and because of that did not learn much. If you like meeting people and to see the hospitality world you should go for sure!

My only regret is that I didn't stay longer. Efrain and Juan are great, very helpful and friendly. The place is not a "hostel"itself, it's more like a hotel-bar-club. The place is huge. Also, if you are a spanish speaker and you want to improve your english skills, good luck. Almost everybody is latino, which it could be good for some people. The task are simple and easy to do. Bar helper, housekeeping and kitchen hand. Every day there is something going on so you won't be bored. My experience was 10/10
