INCREÍBLE! Es mi primera experiencia y ha resultado ser un éxito. Todo funciona tal y como aparece en la aplicación en relación a las tareas y a los tiempos. He hecho amistad con trabajadores y gente de todo el mundo. La infraestructura del hostel es muy bonita al igual que su gente. Gracias Nico, Rosio, Ana, Belu, Rafa. Lo recomiendo 1000%

I loved staying at the hostel !! The Hostel was super nice with a big kitchen for many people to cook, a dining room, a chill area outside with a garden and a cool bar. The volunteer room was in an extra house and ok for sleeping. The people and staff there are so lovely and amazing. They will help you with anything you need and sometimes they also go with you on a fun Pup Crawl 😄. The hours are as agreed on and fair. Just for me, the work sometimes was harder then I thought. But overall I would definitely recommend it! Also thank you (the whole Team) for this experience! 😊🙏

Tive uma experiência muito boa no hostel e com certeza voltaria como voluntário novamente. Toda a equipe, Nico e Rossio no bar, as meninas do Housekeeping e do pequeno-almoço, enfim, todo mundo muito aberto pra ajudar. Ambiente divertido e no centro de Lisboa, você tem muito tempo livre pra conhecer a cidade! Recomendo!

My experience at the hostel was something incredible, probably one of the best I have ever had. The Shifts are adhered, easy and fun (with the right mood), the volunteer room is very basic, but with some needed privacy, the hostel itself is great and well equipped (with huge gardens and a wonderful bar). The volunteers I met were more than just colleagues, they were friends. The staff is Super. They are kind-hearted people with values that make you feel part of the hostel. I arrived as a stranger, but I left with a family. Obrigado the hostel, vuestro hermano F <3

Hice mi primer voluntariado en el hostel y he de decir que fue una experiencia inolvidable ya que los otros voluntarios me hicieron sentir en familia. Considero que hay algunas cosas que mejorar en cuanto a la relación de los encargados con los voluntarios, especialmente la comunicación y la infraestructura de la casa. Los horarios son muy respetados y las tareas acordes a la labor de un voluntario. Si bien hay cositas que mejorar, recomiendo muchisimo la experiencia!

O hostel foi a minha primeira experiência e não podia ser melhor, consegui realizar todos os meus objetivos, pratiquei muito meu inglês e espanhol. A equipe de voluntários foi a melhor possível, não digo que fiz amigos mas sim uma nova família, a equipe de staff foram ótimos também, em especial (Rafa da manutenção, Nico e Rocio do bar). Só tivemos alguns problemas com o quarto dos voluntários, mas eles buscaram melhorar. Obrigado por tudo e até mais!!

La experiencia en general fue buena. Diría que se podría mejorar mucho la casa de los voluntarios, la infraestructura del hostel es tan buena que se nota demasiado la diferencia entre hostel y nuestra casita. Lo mejor es poder compartir con los otros voluntarios, al ser un grupo grande uno está muy a gusto en ese sentido. Recomiendo la aventura.

My time at the hostel was really great, I already miss the people there (especially Ana from the housekeeping is a real sunshine🥰) We (the volunteers) had a real good time together! From time to time it can be a little bit chaotic and you need some time to get used to your tasks (the typical daily routine at a hostel), but Fran, Vicky and Nico (the responsible ones for the volunteers) give their best to guide and support you, even in more stressful times. If there is a problem or if you prefer specific tasks don't hesitate to just talk with them. Thank you for everything!🤍

The experience was amazing, in the hostel you'll meet new people every day in a very relaxed and welcoming enviornment. The managers and staff are super friendly and open to help in any way possible. They will consider personal skills and preferences to make your volunteer experience more enjoyable. Overall 10/10. There's always lots of volunteers, for which the volunteer room can become a bit crowdy at times and gets a little messy. Nevertheless, this was never a problem for me... but something to consider if you give great value to having personal space. Thank you the hostel!

This was my first worldpackers experience and i couldn't recommend it more! The tasks were just like you agreed upon and always fun to do, especially working with Ro and Anna!! :) we slept in a separate accommodation from the hostel which maybe should have been mentioned but I preferred that room anyway. The hostel and the garden are gorgeous and it's pretty central with metro, tram and supermarkets close by. Thank you for the last few weeks!!
