Hey! Unfortunately I couldn't stay longer because I received another job opportunity, but on the first day I was welcomed and they explained all the work to me, Tim was kind in showing all the activities in the city and cares about the entire team, tip: be organized with dates. Liverpool was a beautiful place that I visited, there are many things to do. I just wish I could have stayed longer.

I had such an amazing time at the hostel ! It was my very first experience volunteering, I couldn't have made a better choice. I immediately felt welcomed by Tim and Kate who are truly lovely. The work in itself is really easy : keeping the place clean and making the guests feel welcomed, which is just common sense. But the best part of my stay was the people. I got to meet amazing people amongst the other volunteers and the guests too. I created strong friendships and will forever keep many memories in my heart.

Thanks Tim..it was a great experience spending this month in your hostel..you were super kind and helpful,and in this month I also had the chance to visit many places... Working in the hostel was very pleasant and I was lucky to share this time with two wonderful people, Cecile and Daiani... a beautiful atmosphere was created with the customers too, like a big family... I also really liked Liverpool...and in this month I had the opportunity to meet many people from various parts of the world and to improve my English... A super positive experience...thanks

The hostel was, without a doubt, one of my best experiences. Tim and his wife Kate are lovely and always very attentive. The team with Cecile and Lola was the most pleasant surprise I could have had, I will never forget our moments together. The place is comfortable, close to everything you need and the city is vibrant and full of incredible options, museums, pubs, beaches and lots of history. I recommend it and I will be back, for sure.

My experience at the hostel was amazing! Tim and his wife are exceptional hosts, always welcoming, attentive, and kind. I arrived last minute, and Tim welcomed me with open arms. They always have a smile on their faces. I felt at home from the very beginning. I recommend this experience to anyone committed to feeling welcome. I will carry Tim and the memories of the hostel in my heart forever. Thank you so much for everything!

The volunteer experience depends on 2 factors: the Host and the other Volunteers I just want to say thank you to my Host, Kate and Tim are very kind, respectful people and very easy to communicate with They are people concerned about their business which speaks highly of them, they teach you everything so that you can sometimes be the representative face of the hostel.. The tasks are not difficult, they are basic and common sense. I enjoyed it, and I learned to make English beds, the best thing was that I immersed myself in the culture, practicing my English both with guests and with locals

Even though I only stayed for a short while of 3 weeks, it was a fantastic experience! Tim and Kate are great hosts that are always willing to give a helping hand, or even to just sit down and have coffee. The facility was great, and so were the guests who lived here. Tim and Kate always had food down in the cafe for volunteers which i believe is very thoughtful. Hours were respected always and the work is mild, depending on the days. Easy once you get the hang of it. For my very first time leaving my country alone at 18, I would recommend this to anyone of all ages. A great experience! x

My experience was good, my main tasks were painting and some repairs, the schedule was always respected, the work was sometimes heavy, the hostel has good beds, the staff room is only for women, so I stayed in another room and most of the time it was just for me.

Pablo was very hard working, attentive, respectful and appreciative. Unlike the other two volunteers at that time which were the complete opposite of what this person was. The work what was produced came from his heart, we would definitely recommend him to any host, wanting a;

Being at the hostel was an incredible experience, since the very begging was able to get in touch with people from all over the world. Tim was so nice and always helped me to improve. I would definitely recommend this place and hope i can come back one day!
