This has got to be one of the best worldpackers experiences out there. The hostel is great, it's clean and located in the center of Vienna. It's a good opportunity to meet fellow travelers and explore the city. The other volunteers and staff are welcoming and available and the amount of work is fair for what you get in return. Highly recommend :)

All the time I spent in the hostel was simply amazing; the staff and the rest of the volunteers are very welcoming, so friendly and willing to help. You become a part of the team quickly, the different tasks are perfectly doable, and you have your free time as well! There's not a single reason for not choosing to do your volunteering there. Thank you!

My experience as a volunteer at the hostel was one of the best I've ever had. From day one, I felt welcomed by the team, and the atmosphere with both the staff and the other volunteers was amazing. We built a really special connection that made the whole time there feel like home. The work is enjoyable and leaves plenty of free time to explore Vienna and meet other travelers. If I had the chance, I would definitely love to come back.

I can not recommend this place enough ! It was my first time volunteering in a hostel and I had an incredible time. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. The whole team, volunteers and employees, became a big family away from home. The work is straightforward and really easy, you get a lot of free time to explore Vienna and other places around. It was truly an amazing experience, I am so grateful for this time here 🫶🏻

I instantly fell in love with this hostel as soon as i arrived. The cozy vibe plus the friendly treatment from the owners and management makes a big change. Its by far one of the best hostel i had the pleasure to volunteer on

The hostel has been my favorite experience with World Packers. Hours are self-managed with the other volunteers and the tasks and hours are very reasonable. We all had plenty of time to explore the city and other areas. The staff are very helpful and want you to have the best experience. I could not recommend this place enough!

The hostel is the best experience a volunteer can have at a hostel. The owners and staff work incredibly hard to provide a unforgettable visit for their guests. The team has really emphasized the importance of differentiating volunteers from employees and it shows in the tasks required. They range from 18-22 hours depending on the number of volunteers. Many tasks require you to provide a positive energy and a friendly atmosphere for the visitors. I never felt like i experienced a day of work during my stay in Vienna. Thank you to Monika and team the hostel. The hostel offers a comfortable living space, reasonable hours, good working conditions, a well organised system and probably the most generous volunteer programs around. A great place to meet new travellers all around the world and a good base to explore the city from. The experience will vary greatly depending on your fellow volunteers and how busy the hostel is during your period of stay. Overall, the hostel was an excellent place to volunteer at and I can't recommend it enough to anyone who is looking for a hostel experience

If you're thinking about volunteering somewhere else, don't! A hostel is made by its staff and volunteers and the hostel has the best in Europe. If I listed all the lovely people that made a positive impact on me I'd run out of space in this review. It's a fantastic and welcoming environment with lots of amenities and support for volunteers and plenty of flexibility with shifts so you'll have time to explore the city and have weekends away if you wish. The time you spend here will be incredibly meaningful but will also disappear in the blink of an eye so be sure to enjoy it!

It was a fantastic experience, 2 months that flew by in beautiful Vienna and especially with the team at the hostel! The working hours are absolutely fair and equitable, with plenty of free days per week where you can organise trips to nearby cities. I would recommend this wonderful experience to everyone, thanks to Monika who is a person who makes you feel at home away from home
