We truly had a memorable time at the hostel. We met a lot of lovely people and really made friends. We had lots of time to explore the country due to our flexible schedule. Tamer also helped us get free nights at partner hostels in different cities. The schedule was mostly clear, although we did work some extra hours sometimes. The meals provided was from the restaurant which felt very luxurious, the chef Mohammed was amazing. The one thing that could improve is the volunteer shower that unfortunately did not work properly. Overall we had a really great experience and we already miss you all!

I had one of the best times of my life in Haifa and the hostel is absolutely an amazing place to be, I recommend this experience easily to everyone! Thank you so much all the staff, specially Dia, Mohammad (the best chef in the world) and Tamer for everything you did for me! I will never forget you and I hope see you guys soon 🤍

The 2.5 months I spent in this hostel are a time I will never forget: Slowly I fell in love with the place. During my stay, I had the chance to get to know the hosts, colleagues, other volunteers and guests. Every weekend a plan was made for the upcoming week and my preferences were kindly considered. I shared the dorm with other volunteers and could use the hostel's kitchen to prepare food and sit together in the evening. I joined the hostel breakfast and got a free, amazing meal per day from the restaurant. I will miss the people that I met here and keep them close to my heart!

The hostel is located right at the heart of Haifa. I made friendships there both with locals and international travellers. The host, Tamer, was very nice and attentive to the needs of the volunteers. Overall I had an excellent experience in the hostel. I think volunteering at this hostel is an amazing opportunity for travellers, especially for young people.

The staff at the hostel is very friendly and i felt welcome from day one. The work was not stressful at all and every Saturday can tell the owner which days you want off the next week. And if you want to take more than 2 days off in a week (for a longer trip for example) they will try to find a solution with you. The hostel has multiple „partner hostels“ where you can stay for 1 night for free. Which is a very good opportunity to travel through Israel on your days off. All in all my stay here was a very good experience.

Lugar muy bien ubicado, tareas simples, turnos ok. Con otros voluntarios hicimos buen equipo, me faltó intercambio de cultura con los host, creo que hubiera sido un plus. En WP se indicaba desayuno y cena, y solo se entrega 1 comida diaria (la que es rica y es del restaurant del hostal). En dgo y festivos donde no abre el restaurant, tuvimos problemas con la entrega de la comida diaria al principio, lo que se arregló con el tiempo. En el dorm de voluntarios no habían reglas claras de aseo y cigarro dentro, o que se involucrara el host para que se cumplan, me fui antes por eso.

Esta foi a minha primeira experiência como voluntário e valeu a pena. Os primeiros dias sempre são os desafiadores, pois necessitamos aprender como proceder em determinadas situações e qual a tarefa a ser realizada. Haviam 7 voluntários e a escala é feita semanalmente. O café da manhã é da culinária palestina. Haviam mantimentos básicos para que o voluntário preparasse sua janta. O voluntário trabalha no seu turno e depois está livre para explorar a cidade. Posso afirmar que fiz amigos e me sinto agradecido pelo acolhimento e pelas amizades que fiz.

No fue una experiencia agradable, estuve solo cinco días porque tenía que comprar mis alimentos y aunque en el perfil decía que te ofrecían dos comidas la verdad no fue así. Trabaje lo mejor que pude pero siempre estaba hambrienta porque no tenía dinero para comprar mi comida diariamente.
