Such a wonderful and memorable time! I felt immediately welcomed when I arrived, and the hostel quickly felt like a home away from home. Everyone is very caring and the atmosphere is positive and open. I'm super grateful for the experience I had here, and would love to come back in the future if the chance comes my way. I've made memories that I'll cherish for the rest of my life during this volunteering, it was my first so I really didn't know what to expect and it still exceeded all imaginable expectations. I have to say a big big thank you to every staff who works there, you're all amazing. Jen is way more than a manager, she was a mentor and a guardian to me, words can't describe the incredible woman and professional she is. I feel very lucky to have had the opportunity to volunteer at the same time as my peers co-volunteers, I feel like I'll miss them and the time we had together forever 🥹❤️

Home away from home :) couldn't ask for an amazing first volunteer experience, jen was super welcoming and helpful throughout all my stay, I've made super deep and intense connections, I've had one of the best times at the hostel!! I highly recommend this experience!! Everyone's super nice and super chill, as long as you are as well :)) A really big thank you to everyone, and I really hope to be back soon🫶

It was simply one of the best volunteer experiences of my life. Jen, the manager, is super kind and always there with us, helping out. I made many friends—friends I'll carry with me for life. Simply amazing. Thank you, the hostel team!

My experience at the hostel was incredible. From day one, the atmosphere was warm and dynamic, with a team that made me feel like part of the family. Working at reception allowed me to meet travelers from all over the world, improve my customer service skills, and learn how a hostel operates from the inside. Jen and the team are amazing,like family to me. Saying goodbye was hard, but it's time to move forward. I highly recommend this volunteer experience. Great atmosphere, excellent location, and the work is easy with practice. Gopi and Javi's pizzas are a 10 🫶🏻

This was my first volunteering experience, and I don't have words to express how amazing was all this time here! I appreciate jen and all the staff for being so kind and welcoming! I'll never forget this time with them! Hope i can come back to visit you soon, i recommend for anyone that wants to chill and make new friends! O voluntariado foi ótimo, foi minha primeira experiência e eu aproveitei cada um dos dias em que lá estive. Jen é muito querida e solocíta, sempre nos ouve e ajuda. O staff também é ótimo e o clima é muito bom e amigável. O quarto é compartilhado somente com os outros voluntários e todos os horários são respeitados. A comida também é muito boa.

My experience was amazing at the hostel! The accommodation is good, the location and meals are also excellent! The work is quiet, the hours are respected and the days off too! Besides, it's a great place to practice English! I thank Jen, Javi, Gopi and all the friends I made in this volunteering for the great experience I had at the hostel! I liked my experience and I highly recommend it!
