My third time volunteering at the DBH and I will always remember the memories I made here and the wonderful people I have met. the hostel is a great place to explore Scotland from, the work at the hostel is easy to get used to and the hours are extremely reasonable but what makes this place so special are the people and the atmosphere in the hostel. I highly recommend volunteering here, you will not regret it! :)

I loved my time at the hostel! The hostel is huge and has multiple common areas. The hours of work are exactly as advertised and the work is super straightforward. the hostel is an amazing city to explore Scotland. As such, I have been able to visit many other cities and natural parks! Thank you so much for the opportunity and thank you to everyone who welcomed me with open arms! 🫶

My first volunteer experience was excellent at the hostel Backpacker Hostel. Tasks and shifts were fairly allocated. During my time there, I became friends with amazing people who were sweet, kind, and respectful. The location is perfect, with easy access to many great places. Known as the sunniest city in Scotland, the hostel has its own charm waiting to be discovered. I would love to return!

I love DBH. It was my second time there. They are like a big family. It is the best volunteering experience I have ever had. Hervé, Chris, Adrian are my favorites. ❤️❤️❤️ They have a special place in my heart. Eu amo o DBH. Foi minha segunda vez lá. São como uma grande família. É o melhor voluntariado que já fiz até hoje. Great experience! Amazing place with good people. If you want to visit Scotland do not think twice, this is the place. Close to important cities and beautiful landscapes, besides a really good structure hostel to feel at home and have a lot of free time to visit the sorroundings.

Mi experiencia en el hostal fue increíble. Se siente como una familia, los huéspedes son amables y el ambiente es muy grato. Los días de trabajo son flexibles y da la posibilidad de recorrer lugares y ciudades cercanas. Volvería otra vez aquí, gracias por todo Hervé, Chris y a todos los chicos! :)
