The place is amazing :) The help is needed with renovating a big house. We were doing carpentry job (building a roof on the attic), but task vary as different things are needed. A lot of other volunteers have been here at the same time, so it was fun. Schedule is very flexible - you decide when you do your 4 hours of work. It was very cozy and fun. Thank you!

This was my first volunteering experience and I had a wonderful time! Helene was so accommodating and welcoming, and I felt completely at home at Mysen. The working hours and tasks were very flexible, and it was lovely working with all the other volunteers! I loved meeting people from different countries and it was a truly enriching experience. Helene was the best host I had, she was very accommodating regarding work hours and very flexible, and the tasks were not too hard. We could choose our hours and which days to work. The house is cozy and has everything you need. The home theatre is amazing to watch movies in. Thank you for hosting us Helene!

Best experience ever!!! Helene was immediately very welcoming and kind, the room was super nice and the fact that the working hours were flexible basing on personal preferences made it easy to develop a personal routine with no stress at all. We were calling it home since the first day!

The work was entertaining and mainly consisted of carpentry (floor and ceiling planks installation). That's the perfect place to learn lots of new skills! :)
