Recomiendo esta experiencia para las personas que quieran conectar consigo mismos y experimentar la vida de campo. Las tareas no son muchas ni muy pesadas pero estan repartidas a lo largo del dia, las cuales consisten en cuidar de 3 caballos y 4 mascotas. Tenes mucho tiempo libre a solas y tenes tu propio cuarto y baño. Jerome y Sylvia son excelentes personas, con trato amable y considerado. Siempre van a estar dispuestos a darte una mano o ayudarte en lo que necesites.

There are no words to explain how good was my experience in the farm. Jerome, Sylvie and Río (the dog) are a incredible family that I will miss so much 🥺. I really appreciate the time with them, they treat me as a son.
You get a private room and bathroom. During the cold season, i was in charge of taking horses in and out, brushing them, cleaning the stalls, watering the plants and some maintenance.

We eat the meals together and watching a movie. Food was delicious and plentiful.

If you are looking for connecting with nature and meet amazing hosts, just apply.

This was an amazing stay really enjoyed the month would have stayed longer if possible. The food was delicious and Jerome and Sylvie were very inviting and inclusive going to flea markets or the the food markets at weekends definitely recommend

My experience at Chaveux de Colombettes was overall good. I recommend it for people who want to be in the countryside, far from the noise of the cities. Personally, I was only with the owner of the place, three horses, three cats, and a dog. The tasks are easy to manage and, in theory, there is plenty of “free time.” However, the agreement of working 4 hours per day with 2 days off is not really respected, since you cannot leave the property unless by car, and daily activities are required—for example, feeding the animals. Finally, the Wi-Fi does not reach the volunteers’ room.

Incredible experience, Jerome and Sylvie were amazing and made me feel comfortable and excited during the whole stay. The tasks are simple and well organised, most farm work like taking care of plants, cutting grass and feeding the animals. The bedroom was comfortable and well cleaned. Food is healthy and delicious. The location is very countryside, really good for relaxing and connecting with nature, but be aware there is no walking distance city. The working hours were good and there is always off time to do your stuff, stay in the pool and exercise. 10/10
