Thank you for that course, it's a great guide to customer service in general. The videos are also well-structured and straight to the point, and the acted examples are a nice addition!

My only disappointment is the lack of captions/subtitles — but that's either common on English language videos, or my phone isn't cooperating. It would honestly make a difference.

Customer service is a skill that intertwines with every part of life, so i'm very thankful for this course. The little skits were fun and made me giggle, but they were also really helpful in showing us exactly what Meg was teaching, so it served two purposes.
