This is great! I especially loved the video about "empathy in collaborative experiences", specifically the mention of the importance of understanding if you are visiting a high context or low context culture in order to make sure you have the most effective communication! I learned about this topic a few years ago through work during travels and it helps tremendously. Thank you for sharing!
