I left this comment in the Basics course but it's more applicable here:

I'm glad that the awkward or difficult parts of communication is covered in these trainings. Usually, the best part of travel is the people you meet. Sometimes, though, misunderstandings can happen and having the empathy to work things out can be the difference between a terrible experience or bonding like never before! :)
