I would tell my friend that this course was a very meaningful experience because it helped me understand myself and others more deeply.
I learned how to deal with difficult situations without tension or aggression, and how to truly listen to people through active listening.
I also learned how to give and receive constructive feedback in a respectful way that doesn’t hurt others’ feelings.
The course also taught me the importance of empathy — understanding others’ emotions before judging them — and how to cooperate and resolve conflicts in a positive way that satisfies everyone.

The information shared throughout this course was clear, concise and helpful. It made me more self aware how to deal with conflicts if they occur with the host and other people. I learned how small things like body language, the presence of your phone and background noises can cause an effect when trying to solve an issue.

I enjoyed the course and would recommend it to anyone who wants to learn about dealing with conflicts and be more self aware when staying with a host.
