The course is in Spanish, so I had to turn the English subtitles on to comprehend it. The speaker delivers the subject well, she is very articulate and sounds friendly and open. I have to admit tho, I tend to disagree with some basic points indicated (primarily with the statement that reaching zero disagreements as a team is an aim of non-violent communication and overall counts as a good result). Building up some resilience and endurance to deeper differences (respecting them instead of dissolving them) may be the key.
