This course helped me to recognize communication skills that may help when difficult situations arrive, including conflict and empathy. It is important for everyone to be aware that we all communicate in different forms and ways which we can avoid tension or conflict. This really helped me to understand how to tackle these issues if they ever do arise.

Da buenas técnicas para poder relacionarse mejor. Quizás profundizaría un poco mas en como ponerlo en practica porque si bien es sencillo decirlo , realizarlo en un momento tenso es mas dificil .
