Good communication skills and learning how to be courteous when communicating are so essential in all facets of our life, especially when working with new people in short period of time. This course is very useful when there is language barriers and verbal communication may be hindered. Positive connections are always the goal.

After watching the videos, I have a better understanding of how to approach conflict resolution. Each country has its own culture, and it's important to understand and learn about these differences before making any assumptions that could lead to negative outcomes.
