Absolutely recommend this before going on your first opportunity, it teachs alot about nonviolent communication and how to deal with difficult situations and arguments.

Be aware this course is in Portuguese. I found it frustrating that I couldn't understand what she was saying, but I think its an important subject matter. I would be more than willing to watch it again in English!
