Our volunteer exchange focuses on creating a warm, social, and welcoming atmosphere for guests from around the world. You’ll assist with light reception tasks, help keep shared spaces inviting, and collaborate on content creation to boost our online presence.
This program is perfect for someone outgoing, independent, and comfortable engaging with travelers. You’ll also have plenty of free time to explore Belize’s beaches, islands, and reef.

1. Free Access to Belize: Free bed (in exchange for 20-25 hrs/week) means you can stay longer and explore the expensive Placencia Peninsula on a budget.
2. Ultimate Immersion: You become an insider, getting local tips and making deeper connections than a typical tourist.
3. Use of FREE Bikes & Pool: Enjoy full access to essential amenities (pool, kitchen, WiFi) plus free transportation around the area.
4. Social & Creative Role: The job involves fun tasks like creating social media content (Reels/TikToks) and hosting fun guest social nights.
5. Reef Access: Get two full days off per week to explore the famous Belize Barrier Reef.

Greeting guests and helping with check-ins

Schedule:
Approx. 20–25 hours per week, with 2 days off.
Shifts are flexible and may include morning or early evening times depending on guest flow.
