Détails du programme

I’m a 38 year-old farmer who has always believed in agriculture that respects both the environment and the consumer. Guided by this conviction, I founded my own farm.

The farm is located in the sub-region of Barbagia, in the Cedrino Valley area. It focuses mainly on cereal production and covers about 5 hectares where we cultivate ancient grains — especially einkorn wheat (grano monococco) — and grain legumes.

All cultivation is done without chemical products. The most important times of the year are:

Sowing (November–December)

Weed control (February–April)

Harvest (June–August)

The farm also manages all post-harvest processes, including grain cleaning (with old traditional machines), stone milling, packaging, and selling flour, bread, and pasta.

Activités et horaires

Education and awareness are key parts of my mission. Through my farm, I organize events that promote not only my products but also environmental respect and sustainable farming.

The busiest periods are:

October to mid-December (fairs and sowing)

Mid-March to mid-April (manual weeding)

Mid-June through August (grain cleaning)

I’m not a strict person — I always try to make even the more demanding tasks enjoyable. However, for a positive experience together, I believe it’s important to have curiosity and a real willingness to learn.

The farm is located just a few kilometers from the sea, in one of the most enchanting areas of Sardinia — a true open-air museum. the farm has several lands where the cereals are grown. it has not a unique quarter.
