Détails du programme

At A Quinta da Lage, volunteers are invited to immerse themselves in off-grid living and regenerative practices in the beautiful southwest of Portugal. This is a hands-on opportunity to support our eco-project while learning valuable skills in permaculture, natural building, food growing, animal care, and community living.

Daily tasks vary with the seasons and may include gardening, cooking, helping with workshops, maintaining natural structures, or caring for sheep and chickens. Life here is simple and close to nature—guided by the land, the seasons, and teamwork.

Beyond the work, volunteers are welcomed into a community that values connection, sustainability, and learning by doing. Many leave with not only practical skills but also a renewed sense of purpose and balance.

We are highly focused on educational aspect of our volunteering experience(we can also provide necessary papers for official internship from your school if it is possible), if you are interested in getting knowledge and experience in farming, gardening, permaculture, ecology, soil science and how to build community around these values this place is perfect for you.
