My boyfriend and I had a great time at WET and on Koh Phangan, this scene is all about party vibes and socializing. Working with Sao, the manager, was very easygoing. Living conditions were pretty decent. the workload is lighter when there is no full moon, But when those parties kick off, get ready for non-stop work. Met some really cool people there, and would do it all again.

If you're big into parties and an extrovert this is for you. It was a good experience overall. The manager Sao was very nice and easy to work for. Living conditions were good too. If you come at a time that isn't full moon then you will have much less work to do but once the parties start then there's always something. A lot of nice people there and a great place to make awesome friends.

Staff there was so insanely nice and welcoming. All the volunteers were amazing and loved them. Staff housing isn't great, there was a ceiling leak literally dropping onto one of the beds and the hostel owners did nothing. honestly the male hostel owner is creepy and makes misogynistic comments. interesting experience lol

The full moon party was fun, expectations from the volunteers were often unclear and sprung on us as if we should have known things in advance, this and other actions from the owner made us somewhat uncomfortable. Staff accommodations were quite vile and owners did not respond to our (other volunteers) complaints about this. Running water was scarce, which was not clear going in. Other volunteers and local staff were absolutely amazing (!!!!!) , and exploring the island was fun. And if the owner wants to respond to this (as we've notified he often does)- good luck!

The place was disgusting, sleeping in a room with 10 volunteers, no air con, never cleaned and uncomfortable. We worked long shifts with barely any credit

I enjoyed my time here, I met and shared time with wonderful people. The work is quite flexible and easy, you will have time for yourself and to get to know the island. Sao is a fun and laid back host.
