My time in Orvieto was amazing, I have absolutely no faults & enjoyed my time with Jack (my fave furry friend), Jo & Tony & the other awesome volunteers. Jo & Tony were so kind, a big thank you to them! Not only do you get to soak up the incredible Umbrian landscapes & immerse yourself in the countryside, but you are also not so far from being able to discover beautiful medieval cities nearby. I genuinely had so much fun with the work & was so happy to learn new skills I had never done before & can confidently say I am now a chicken coop build expert ;) Can't wait to come back soon! xx

Simply perfect, Tony and Jo are wonderful and attentive people, they always care about our well-being and if we need something, I asked Tony if I could make a lasagna and he made it for the volunteers, I will come back again for sure, they are super understanding and encourage you to learn more British English.

The hosts Jo and Tony are super nice and welcoming, you become part of their family. And they are also super clear about the work and how to do it. The work was also fun because it varied so much and you learnt new things almost every day. And after we where done working we all sat down together hade some of Tonys amazing food for lunch:) I would recomen this experience if you want to live on the countryside, learn about and do physical jobs like painting, chopping wood or clean for example. Their property is super beautiful just like the surroundings, great for taking scenic walks.

The volunteering experience was very lovely, and I shared it with my partner. The hosts were very kind and made us feel comfortable from the very first day. Tony is a great cook, and there was always a good vibe during meals. We had a lot of fun harvesting olives with an amazing group — it was enjoyable work in a beautiful setting. The accommodation was comfortable and peaceful, perfect for resting. Overall, it was a positive experience that we'll remember fondly.

My experience at Casale Zeno was wonderful! I learned several skills and did things I thought I would never be able to do with the help of Tony and Jo. The food that Tony makes is delicious, and you're always looking forward to the next meal. I met local people and was able to connect with nature on hikes and walks. I will miss the place, the people, and Jack!

Having Liz here at Casale Zeno was a pleasure for both me and Jo it was a mad busy time with Olive harvest and refurbishing and for the first time we had 6 worldpackers for a few weeks and although it got a bit testy Liz helped us keep everyone in check she was really good with managing our gang. Also special mention for clearing out the Log building and my garage i will be indebted for ever and hope one day she returns.
best wishes for the future from Jo, T and Lazy Jack

This was my first Worldpackers experience and it couldn't have been any better. The hosts, Jo and Tony, are some of the kindest and most welcoming people I've ever met. They're extremely approachable and easy to be around. The work varied a lot throughout my stay. There was cleaning, woodwork, strimming and more. Jo and Tony were really patient and they made sure I was always learning new skills. The accommodation was super comfortable and I loved meeting and spending time with the other volunteers. I would 100% recommend this experience to anyone :)

I spent four weeks with Jo and Tony. They're both incredibly friendly and approachable, which made the experience super fun and comfortable. The tasks were fairly light and not too difficult. You learn a lot of tasks, they are constantly teaching you really useful things. I loved the experience; it gives you the chance to experience real local life and disconnect. I had a great time and am so grateful to them
