The bar staff are the most funny, welcoming and warm hearted people. They really make you feel as part of the team from day one. Since not all of them speak English, I would recommend some Spanish skills to be able to improve your relations. Sadly during my stay the previous Bar Manager Michi has moved on to work at the newly opened the hostel in Huacachina. The new manager is also friendly, but he expects volunteers to mainly do dishes, so you shouldn't have a problem with that. Nevertheless i really enjoyed the work and the party. Paracas itself is a cute but really small village.

La pasé muy bien en el hostel. Conocí personas excepcionales con las que compartí momentos increíbles, pude vivir emociones y aventuras que no olvidaré! ✨ Sin embargo, me gustaría señalar que el desayuno y el almuerzo de los voluntarios carecen de variedad (especialmente si son vegetarianos). Tuvimos una conversación sobre esto y espero que eso haya cambiado (no fue el caso durante mi estadía). Por lo demás, estuve rodeada de gente muy acogedora y aprendí muchas cosas, incluso sobre mí misma, mejoré mi español y mi inglés! Michi me enseñó a hacer pisco sour 😋 Gracias por todo !

Este voluntariado te permite conocer gente y lugares verdaderamente increíbles. Las áreas comunes son muy bonitas y la salida en kayak es linda también. La pasé bien en las áreas de trabajo que tuve, especialmente el bar (se aprende mucho). Mich y Evy siempre muy buena onda y pendientes de ti por si necesitas algo. #goodvibes :3 Los encargados de cocina son amigables, pero a veces tienden a tomar mucha confianza. Falta algo de apoyo en esa área (se hace pesado para un solo voluntario de turno). El mantenimiento del baño de vol. no es el mejor y el nuevo desayuno para vol. es un poco triste.

Comienzo resaltando el liderazgo femenino y trabajo en equipo que hay, espero que se haga más fuerte aún. Les agradezco mucho a Mish y Evy por enseñarme, por su paciencia y profesionalismo. Por consentirme también. Paracas ofrece mucho para conectarte con lugares naturales y gente increíble! #specialplace He disfrutado mucho mi trabajo en el bar, las áreas comunes son lindas y cómodas, nuestro cuarto es pequeño pero tenemos un locker personal grande. Al baño de Vol le falta cariño al igual que al nuevo desayuno.

Muy buena experiencia. Gracias al Staff por su apoyo, en especial a Mara, Michelle y mi amigo Piero por la acogida y gran brindaron una excelente recepción y buenas experiencias todos los días. ¡¡¡¡Muy recomendable!!!!

Mi tiempo en koko paracas fue increíble, Michele y toda la equipo de staff fueron muy amables y hermosos en todo el tiempo que estuve allá, me hicieron sentirme en casa, el trabajo es muy tranquilo, el sitio es hermoso y siempre hay muchas atividades para divertirse con otros voluntarios y los huéspedes, para mim fue uno de los mejores que ya estuve hasta hoy, gracias por todo koko paracas ❤️

I really enjoyed my volunteering in the hostel, all staff involved are friendly, always putting you to social activities or just drinking out of your working hours - which is really easy with free drinks for your shift and discounts :) ... Thanks to other bartenders for putting me straight away to work and teaching me basics and their willingness to advice whenever I was a bit lost :) And must appreciate the girl in charge Michelle, very friendly while involving me into the hostel and patient when I needed some changes in my shifts....
