Détails du programme

Welcome to our little experimental paradise! We're a small family (with two wild-hearted kids) living off-grid in northern Sardinia. Life here flows with the rhythm of the sun, the moon, and the barefoot steps of children.

We’re looking for volunteers to help with: ‱ Gardening, harvesting, and seed-saving đŸŒ±
‱ DIY infrastructure (fencing, compost toilet, tool shed) 🔹
‱ Helping in the kitchen or with the kids đŸČđŸ‘¶
‱ Creative touches – art, woodwork, natural building 🎹

✹ What to expect:

Basic but beautiful infrastructure (tents, compost toilets, outdoor showers)

Wild animals around (yes, even mice, bats, and Sardinian wild boars – small ones!) 🐗

Lots of time outdoors, good food, and deep community moments

A real sense of connection: to the land, to yourself, to others

💚 This is not a retreat – it’s real life in nature, full of learning, sweat, and joy.
If that excites you more than it scares you
 you’re welcome here.

We value respect, collaboration, and honest communication. We’ll work together on some tasks, and others may be done independently, depending on your comfort and experience.

Activités et horaires

Our garden is one of the hearts of our project. It nourishes us, and also the children and families who are part of our educational community.

We follow biodynamic and regenerative principles, working in harmony with the land and the seasons. You’ll be helping us in the daily care of the garden and surrounding plants.

This includes:

Planting seeds and transplanting seedlings

Watering trees, vegetables, and flowers in the evening

Harvesting vegetables in the morning

Managing the basic irrigation system

Propagating plants by cuttings

Maintaining paths and compost

We love being in the garden ourselves — it’s a space of peace and presence. Most tasks will be done together, but we also appreciate your ability to work with autonomy when needed.

Shifts

You’ll help about 5 hours per day, mostly in the early morning and/or late afternoon, depending on the weather and the needs of the plants.

Example schedule:

🌄 8:00–11:00: harvesting, planting, maintenance

🌞 Free time during the hot hours (lunch, siesta, beach, reading
)

🌅 18:00–20:00: watering trees and flowers, checking irrigation system

You’ll have two free days per week, flexible depending on weather and shared rhythm.

RĂšgles

Treat the garden and plants with care

Keep shared spaces clean and tools tidy after use

No smoking in or near garden/children’s areas

We live simply: no fridge, compost toilet, and a lot of open air

Be open to share, help when needed, and respect the rhythm of family life

Ask when in doubt, and enjoy the beauty of the process đŸŒ±
