Description
This package is for those of you who wants to get a one day short experience in our animal shelter. For the amount you will get: - Pick-up and Drop-off from your location - Tour around the shelter - Short walk to the cattle grazing field while we talk about the rescued animal stories - Volunteering activities - Chance to donate for the animals or sponsor the animals - Scrumptious Nepalese vegan lunch

L'Expérience
Experience the remarkable initiatives of Sneha's Care as we tirelessly work to uplift the lives of the community animals. Immerse yourself in heartwarming interactions with rescued dogs, cats, and an array of farm animals including pigs, buffaloes, cows, goats and sheep! Your journey will start from 9:30am in the morning and will last for 4-5 hours. This is an opportunity where you will get to experience shelter life in a short time.

This is a great experience— I enjoyed my time here— I even got sick and they were so very worried about me and I appreciated it a lot — I enjoyed the people and the work greatly and thought it was quite fun— I got to work with the vets which for a pre vet student was lovely.

I volunteered at the organization, and it was such a special experience—it truly felt like being part of a little family. My days were spent feeding, cleaning, grooming, walking, and even dressing the dogs' wounds. Mid-days could be a bit slow, but the dogs were always up for cuddles or a walk. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and once the head office left, I basically had the whole place to myself. They took such good the organization of me, making sure I had everything I needed. Overall, I loved every second of it!

Meeting all of the dogs was just adorable. Abigail and I will miss them so much! Sneha and Sabi were so accommodating during a medical emergency; really admirable. Was amazing to try lots of local Nepalese food 😍 thank you

This was one of the most emotional and difficult challenges for me as a dog lover. I am infinitely grateful for the experience and work at Snehas the organization. It is super hard work that the team does every day at the organization. It didn't take long for the dogs to win my heart. I've rarely seen dogs so in need of love, who just want to be loved and stroked. My highlight was the tihar festival that I was able to witness, organize and photograph. It was a very special experience to see how the Nepalese culture dedicates this day to the dogs. I miss the dogs very much and can imagine coming back!

Wow wow wow!! Where to even begin?! My time spent volunteering ay the organization was one of the best times I've ever had volunteering! The dogs and animals are soo sweet, the team is so welcoming and helpful, Sneha is such a special person and I feel like I have a new friend for life. The volunteer house is very clean and comfortable, and I don't think I'd eaten so well in a very long time (shoutout to Nana the incredible cook at the organization & Sneha herself who cooked me delicious dinners many times). If you're an the organization lover and are staying in Kathmandu, I can't recommend this place enough!
