We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual or couple (preferred) to help manage our vacation rental property and VW Westfalia campervan rentals in beautiful Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. This unique opportunity is available from now until Oct 31, 2025. Perfect for those who love travel, hospitality, and a bit of adventure!

Détails du programme

- Campervans
We have 3 campervans available for rent that need to be organized, prepared, and presented to guests. This includes explaining how everything works, such as, the fridge, cooler, and pop-up roof, etc. You must be a car lover, someone who enjoys driving and spending time around vehicles.

I'm looking for someone who is a quick learner, can work independently, and is willing to take initiative. There’s always something new to do every day! I'm also open to hearing any suggestions you might have for additional projects that could be helpful or fun.

- Airbnb
There are 5 rooms and suites through Airbnb. These spaces may need cleaning depending on guest checkouts. You'll be in charge of managing bookings and communicating with guests with a focus on creating excellent experiences.

- What’s Included
You’ll be staying in a cozy bed inside one of my Westfalia campervans that are parked at the property and also available for your driving use. I also provide basic cooking supplies (rice, lentils, pasta, tomato sauce, peanut butter, jam, eggs, etc.), a fully equipped kitchen, and laundry access.


Activités et horaires

Shifts are flexible. Each person will work approximately 25 hours per week while you'll be managing both the Airbnb and VW Campervan rental business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of properties, primarily housekeeping and gardening.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of vacation rentals.
- Managing bookings, guest communication, and customer service with a focus on creating excellent experiences.
- Driving and maintaining the VW Westfalia campervans, ensuring they are ready for rental.

Occasional Responsibilities:
This is a unique role that requires coverage 7 days a week. You’ll be working alongside another individual who manages the on-site cattery and its social media. To ensure full coverage, both roles are expected to support each other by backfilling on days off. Teamwork makes the dream work!
- Taking care of the cats in the cattery, making sure they’re healthy and happy.
- Houseplants need watering once a week or as needed, and the outdoor garden is watered every 3 days.
- Support with household waste management


Règles

- Ability to drive a manual (standard) transmission vehicle and have a valid driver’s license
- Must be independent, detail-oriented, and able to work flexible hours.
- Vegetarian house, no cooking meat allowed.
- Non-smoker and non-drinker with a healthy lifestyle.
- Experience in gardening, housekeeping, and animal care, especially with cats, is preferred.
- Familiar with social media, Airbnb, VRBO and Outdoorsy platforms.
- Prefer a couple that can stay the entire term from now – Oct 31, 2025
- I'm passionate about what I do in my business, so I like to keep things to a high standard.
