I couldn't have asked for a better first time volunteer experience. The work is very doable, the team is communicative, and it was overall such a great experience. I made lasting relationships with not just the staff but guests as well, and it was a lot of fun hanging out with everyone outside of work hours. I'm so thankful for Leah for the opportunity, she's the most fun manager ever!! I'm really going to miss the hostel and hope to be back.

I feel so pleased that I had the opportunity to work in the hostel. It was a wonderful place that I felt totally belonged and embraced. The experience in the hostel was so good that sometimes felt my contribution wasn't anything comparing to the much love I received. The only thing that you can consider bad is that they don't have lift, but this is something that in a couple of days you get used to. Besides that, I can say my experience in the hostel was perfect. I totally recommend it to somebody who wants to highly have fun while work in a respectful and responsible place.

I had a great time at the hostel and in London. The team was awesome and I got to meet a bunch of cool international travelers. Plus I had time to take a weekend trip to Wales and Liverpool. 10/10 experience, would recommend.

I had the best experience with the hostel! The location, staff, and guests are all amazing. The work isn't difficult and they da great job of balancing your schedule so you have a lot of time to explore London. I wish I could've stayed longer!

A real place where you can work well and enjoy the city of London. Communication is essential and makes everything happen here. The hostel is very organized and the shifts make working practical and easy. They are flexible with the shifts (with a week schedule), so you can plan to go out many times during your stay. You get to connect with people from all over the world, go to parties, cook your own food in the fully equipped kitchen, and watch your favorite movies and series. I was very happy being part of this beautiful family <3

Amazing experience! The hostel is really well located in Notting Hill and the staff is great witch makes the experience even better. The tasks were easy, mostly housekeeping and also being there for the guests. Also, the times are flexible and you don't have to do many hours a week! They give you the schedule every week so you can organize what you want to see. I loved my time with the hostel family and will always apriciate my time there!

The hostel has been an amazing experience. Everyone makes you feel welcome and you feel like family straight away. the hostel is located in Notting hill which is one of my favourite areas of london. Everything so easy to get to from here as there are 2 tubes stations in walking distance. Kensingtons garden is only a 5 minute walk away as well. The volunteering role is flexible, you also da mix of housekeeping and reception work and it's shared evenly.

Sincerely I'm so grateful that they choose me to be part of the hostel Family. Since the day I arrived there I felt very welcomed and also they make me felt like home. The best thing is the good vibes of all the Staff. In reference to the shifts are variated; I was in the cleaning shift during all my stay there, but when you get used to, it's gets more easy. The location of the hostel is perfect; There are plenty supermarkets, places to eat, a pharmacy, and also the underground is close, and the area is safe. This was my first time as volunteer and I truly recommend to everybody :) !!!!

One of the best experiences ever! the hostel was my first volunteer experience and I think there was no better place for my first time. The hostel is very nice and clean, the location is good, the shifts are ok and you have enough free-time, but the best thing is the people who stay there. Everyone was very kind to me and very friendly and helpful, they made me feel at home. Really good vibes. Now I can confirm that the hostel is truly like a second family. I will miss them all <3
