Détails du programme

Tour To Experience Farm Life and Exchange Local Culture
(BIO R&D FARM - 2024)
- Participants are covered 03 meals/day according to the farm staff's regime, provided with free accommodation and personal equipment: pillows, mattresses, sheets, blankets, protective clothing, Protective shoes, work gloves, bucket hat and a set of labor tools when working on the farm. Maximum 2 people/room. (delivery in writing)
- Participants can use washing machines and detergents for free, participate in free parties, light parties, and other programs when the farm organizes them.
- Participants work 5 days a week and 8 hours a day. Only off Saturday or Sunday and one other day of the week but not the next day. (Participants must register for alternate days off)

Activités et horaires

Main jobs at Bio R&D farm:
- Microbiological organic farming: Land preparation, bed making; Cultivation of vegetables, tubers, fruits, flowers, and fruit trees; Plant care; Weeding; Sprinklers; Irrigation with organic fertilizers, biological products, and microorganisms to protect plants; Harvest; Preliminary packaging.
- Microbial pig and chicken farming: Composting and mixing microbial food for pigs, chickens, and black soldier flies; Feed pigs, chickens, and black soldier flies; Refresh and clean barns using microbiological processes.
- Production and preparation of microorganisms and biological products for farming, animal husbandry, composting animal manure with microorganisms, composting green manure and organic waste with microorganisms.
- Exchange, exchange the culture and lifestyle of indigenous Vietnamese people with the culture and lifestyle of other ethnic groups in the world

- Comply with general regulations of the farm and coordinate to properly implement the contents of the program. (document)
- Encourage participants to contribute ideas and initiatives for the development of the farm. (Work directly with senior management)
- Encourage volunteers to propose companion projects and share benefits between participants and farms under the farm's sponsorship of documents, images, seeds, soil, biological products, techniques, human…
For example: Project to grow over 50 m2 and sell products, product marketing project, collaborator project... (text).
- It is recommended that volunteers clearly understand the characteristics of Bio R&D as a micro-organic food production farm, so the main activities at the farm are production labor, bringing minimum efficiency to the farm. (according to assessment) the resulting price of the software)
