Such a special experience. Elisabeth is truly a master of fermenting and cheesemaking I looked forward to every Saturday to watch her truly come to life. We had fresh sourdough and homemade cheese every day. Elisabeth was so thoughtful, always finding ways to include us on her trips to town and even picking us up from the bus stop on our days off. Her family was absolutely lovely and made us feel like part of their home. I suggest a net/tent around the bed for the critters, but overall it was an unforgettable stay and I can't wait to make my own mozzarella and I saw ginger beer in her book!

Elizabeth and her family were amazing! They were super friendly and nice. The tasks were not hard to handle, mainly garden upkeep and cheese/ sourdough making! The hours were perfect and never felt overwhelming also the two days off were honored. Noosa heads beach is just a bus ride away. The room for sleeping was nice just keep in mind there are loud possums and bush turkeys and sometimes big (harmless) huntsman spiders. It should go without saying but the food was spectacular! I would wholeheartedly recommend Elizabeth to any Worldpackers volunteer! 5 stars!

Realmente me sentí muy bien recibida por toda la familia además de otras personas que también estaban colaborando como yo. Hicimos un buen equipo. Elisabeth es una profesional de la Permacultura y realiza talleres de elaboración de quesos y pan y pude acompañarla y aprender de ello. También asistimos al festival de Permacultura que hubo y pudimos sumergirnos con la gente local.

Ha sido una gran experiencia. Elisabeth es una mujer magnífica con unos grandes conocimientos en el mundo de la permacultura. Es natural, amable y paciente, siempre con una sonrisa y ganas de compartir su conocimiento. Toda la família y su ayudante, Diane, son personas excelentes que te hacen sentir parte de ls comunidad des del primer momento. Gracias por todo!

Staying with Elizabeth and her family has truly been an incredible experience. The work is more than fair for the incredible food and the wonderful nature environment you have access to. Elizabeth is one of the most educated people I've met on topics such as permaculture and being sustainable on your own land, I know the things I've learned from her will be very useful in my life. I couldn't recommend this experience enough!
